No one showed up.
Description of Work: I requested a quote to replace my water heater. They called and we arranged for someone to come at 1:00pm. At 1:30pm, I called and told them that no one showed up. I was told he was delayed. I told them I could wait until 2:30. They assured me that he would either be there by then or they would call me. No one called and no one came. I called them and cancelled the estimate. If a company doesn't follow through on the estimate, how can I trust them with the job.

THOUGH THE FURNACE WAS KICKING ON, THE BLOWER WAS NOT. WE WERE WITHOUT HEAT. THEY SAID THEY''D BE AT OUR HOUSE AT 9:00 A.M., AND THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME. Description of Work: WE WON A FREE 92% EFFICIENT TEMPSTAR FURNACE FROM SWISS AIR AT THE LANDSCAPE & REMODEL EXPO IN JANUARY. WE DECIDED TO BUY A NEW 10 SEER AC AND ELECTROSTATIC AIR CLEANER AND HAVE IT INSTALLED WITH THE NEW FURNACE. EVERYONE AT SWISS AIR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. THE INSTALLATION WENT VERY SMOOTH, AND WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE FACT THAT THE INSTALLERS CLEARLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND TOOK THE TIME TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND ASK US IF WE HAD ANY QUESTIONS.

THEY CHANGED THE SIZE OF THE AIR CONDITIONER AT THE LAST MINUTE BECAUSE THE ONE THEY WERE GOING TO INSTALL INITIALLY TURNED OUT TO BE TOO BIG--THEY DECREASED THE PRICE FOR THAT. THE MEN THAT DID THE JOB WERE VERY POLITE, CONGENIAL AND FRIENDLY IN A BUSINESS-TYPE WAY. THEY KEPT CALLING US TO LET US KNOW WHERE THEY WERE AND HOW SOON THEY WOULD BE AT OUR HOUSE.
