The technicians, Mike and Matt, were very polite and professional. They explained everything they would be doing prior to completing the work, and explained the results after the work was completed. They wore booties over their shoes when walking through the house, which was very much appreciated since it had rained the day the service call was completed. In addition, they cut me a break on the price since I had two units serviced. (Original price was $59/unit. Sale price was $50/unit.) I would recommend this company and plan to use their services again.

He was early. He took his shoes off at the door. He was very considerate and acted above the call.

They did an excellent job. I ended up signing a maintenance contract with them.

It went very well. Very prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced.

I thought the price was a bit high and wanted payment right away instead of billing me.

Swiss Air responded very quickly and their employee was polite and professional. He did not seem to be in a hurry, and he answered all our questions about the heating system, which we were not familiar with as we'd just moved here and had never encountered this type of system. He also showed us the Swiss Air service plan, without any pressure to buy it. After he left we looked over the plan and I called the company to ask some questions about it, which were again answered very cheerfully. Their service plan (several different levels to choose from) is excellent and will pay for itself almost immediately. It apparently includes unlimited visits at no cost whatsoever.

I think the grades speak for themselves. It is the only place I've used.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY GAVE ME. LADY ON THE PHONE WAS COURTEOUS.

AFTER THEY COMPLETED THE JOB, I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK, BECAUSE BOTH THE FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER WAS RUNNING. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN 3 HRS, NOT OVER A PERIOD OF 2 DAYS. DATES OF SERVICE 1/16 & 1/17 2006.

Our whole experience has been great! The salesman was prompt and informative. The installation crew was friendly and went out of their way to clean up as they went along. They stayed to finish the boiler so we had heat the initial day of installation. Our units were very old and gave the guys a run for their money. They were very professional the whole way and kept us informed throughout the process. We were very pleased with Swiss Air!!

THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND, AND THE JOB WAS DONE WELL.

We had an estimate done on Friday, called on Saturday to see when they could do the job, and they were able to put in the units that Wednesday. We thought that was incredible, considering it was the week of Christmas. The installers were extremely friendly and had the units installed in half a day.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND I THOUGHT THEIR PRICING WAS FAIR. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

They first came out to do a general service in preparation for cold weather and told us that the furnace was beyond saving. There was a lot of rust around the heat exchanger. Very nice and explained all of the different choices that they offered. We made a decision, set a time for installation. The crew that came out were extremely nice. Had some complications in the new vent to the outside but worked it out. It was nice that they got my approval first before doing anything. Cleaned up everything when they were finished. We have a big Labrador, and he even gave his approval. He really liked the installers.

PRICE INCLUDE ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT AND DIAGNOSTIC ESTIMATE. I THOUGHT I WOULD CALL IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T COME UNTIL THURSDAY. MY HUSBAND CALLED BACK AND SAID WE JUST HAD A BABY, HE CAME RIGHT OUT AND BROUGHT THE PART AND INSTALLED IT.

SWISS AIR RATES EXCELLENT, AND NOT CHOOSING THIS COMPANY WAS A DIFFICULT DECISION! SWISS AIR AND THE COMPANY THAT I FINALLY CHOSE WERE SO VERY COMPETITIVE THAT IT WAS ACTUALLY A TOSS UP. I SUPPOSE THE DECIDING FACTOR WAS THE FACT THAT THE REBATE FROM THE COMPETING COMPANY WAS MORE SUBSTANTIAL. ALL ELSE I FOUND TO BE EQUAL. THE SALES PERSON FROM SWISS AIR WAS PROMPT, EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, BUT...I ONLY NEEDED ONE NEW SYSTEM! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SWISS AIR HEATING & COOLING TO MY FRIENDS.

11/18/05. I JUST WANTED TO EXPRESS MY THANKS FOR RECOMMENDING SWISS AIR FOR A FURNACE TUNE-UP. ROBERT, THE TECHNICIAN WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS AND POINTED OUT A NUMBER OF POTENTIAL PROBLEM AREAS. IN FACT, HE POINTED OUT A POTENTIAL NEED TO CLEAN OUT MY GAS FIREPLACE AFTER DETECTING A HIGHER THAN NORMAL CARBON MONOXIDE LEVEL. I COULDN'T EVEN SMELL A PROBLEM BUT HIS KEEN NOSE DETECTED IT AND IT WAS CONFIRMED ON HIS METER. THAT COULD HAVE BEEN A LIFESAVER FOR MY HOUSEHOLD. ROBERT TOLD ME ABOUT THEIR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE/SERVICE PLAN. I LIKED THEIR SERVICE PLAN WHICH INCLUDED TWO NORMAL TUNEUPS, FALL AND SPRING. I'D RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. IT WAS A MUCH BETTER PLAN THAN WHAT WAS OFFERED BY MY GAS COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS ALSO EXCELLENT. IN FACT THEY CALLED UP TO CONFIRM A NUMBER OF TIMES TO REMIND ME OF THE APPOINTMENT THIS MORNING. THANKS AGAIN FOR RECOMMENDING THEM. I GIVE THEM A "A" RATING. PETER TOM

THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HIS HONEST APPRAISAL OF OUR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AND ADVICE ON A POSSIBLE NEW SYSTEM.

THE 3 MEN WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WERE VERY COOPERATIVE AND INFORMATIVE.

SERVICE PERSON VERY INFORMATIVE AND EXPLAINED MECHANICS OF FURNACE. VERY CLEAN, POLITE AND COURTEOUS.

THE TECHNICIAN LACKED OVERALL KNOWLEDGE, PERIOD. HE WAS SMART ENOUGH TO FIGURE OUT THAT THE NEW THERMOSTAT THAT I INSTALLED WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY SYSTEM. HE WAS NOT SKILLED ENOUGH TO FIGURE OUT THAT THE GAS VALVE TO FIRE THE FURNACE WAS IN THE OFF POSITION. HIS IGNORANCE SUGGESTED THAT I REPLACE THE VALVE, AND 2 OTHER PARTS, WHICH WOULD HAVE COST $1200 TO $1500. DUE TO HIS IRRATIONAL RECOMMENDATION, I CALLED IN ANOTHER COMPANY, AND THE OTHER TECHNICIAN SAID "THIS VALVE IS OFF, NOW IT SHOULD WORK". IF I WERE SWISS AIR, I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED AT THE COMPETENCY LEVEL OF MY STAFF.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH SWISS AIR WAS GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME AND COMPETITIVELY PRICED. HOWEVER, THEY DID MAKE A WIRING ERROR AND HAD TO RETURN TO CORRECT IT. ALSO, THE CLEAN UP COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BETTER.

AFTER OUR WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY'S TECHNICIAN WE STARTED CALLING AROUND FOR PRICES ON UNITS. UNIT THAT WAS IN OUR HOME WHEN WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE WAS OVER 20 YEARS OLD. WE HAD A BASELINE ESTIMATE FROM SWISS AIR AND EVERY OTHER COMPANY THAT WE CALLED AND/OR MET WITH (ABOUT 5) WASN'T ABLE TO COME NEAR THE PRICE. SWISS AIR INSTALLED NEW CARRIER SYSTEMS. WITH UNITS, TAX AND LABOR AFTER THE CARRIER REBATE, TOTAL COST WAS LESS THAN $5500, AWESOME! THE SALES REP (JOHN) WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NOT AN AGGRESSIVE PITCHMAN; NO PRESSURE. HE WAS ATTENTIVE AND EVEN RE-RAN NUMBERS REPEATEDLY AS WE ASKED FOR DIFFERENT SIZE AND DIFFERENT BRAND UNIT PRICES. ON THE SCHEDULED DAY FOR WORK TO BE COMPLETED, THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT AND COMPANY CALLED TO LET US KNOW OF THE DELAY AND GIVE US THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE IF IT WOULD AFFECT US NEGATIVELY. NEIGHBOR SAID HE WANTS TO KISS NEW OUTSIDE UNIT BECAUSE IT'S SO QUIET COMPARED TO THE OLD ONE. WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED SWISS AIR TO OTHERS.
