I was in a no heat situation. When I called Swiss, they had a salesperson to my home in less than two hours. The sales person was professional and answered all my questions. Did a good job of helping me decide on the appropriate equipment to meet my needs. They sent a crew of three workmen who were able to complete the job in just a few hours. The work was neat, the men friendly, and they left the area clean. Everything was completed as promised. I am obviously well satisfied.

They were very professional, trustworthy, and take their time in explaining everything.

They arrived as scheduled, performed the inspection quickly, and offered friendly suggestions on how to improve service from two older furnaces. They also offered a regular service plan, but I did not sign up.

HE LISTENED TO MY NEEDS AND CONCERNS, ASSESSED MY HOME, AND RECOMMENDED THE MOST COST,ENERGY AND HEALTH EFFICIENT OPTIONS. HE THEN THOROUGHLY ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED THE PROS AND CONS OF OTHER OPTIONS. HE FOLLOWED UP CONSISTENTLY PRIOR TO AND AFTER INSTALLATION ENSURING ALL SERVICES,QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED EXPEDIENTLY. THE INSTALLATION CREW WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, NEAT,RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME, WORKED CONSISTENTLY AND THOROUGHLY ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS.

A wonderful experience!! The saleman was courteous & considerate & went to great effort to tailor a system with quality products. He took measurements, checked problems I had with my last furnace/AC (cold spots/low air flow) so as to correct them with the new one, gave me his estimate with an Angie's discount & rebate, suggested I get more estimates, call anytime with questions because he understood it is a significant investment, said he would wait to hear from me (which he did--no pressure). When I called to schedule installation, I was put at the top of the list because my old furnace had been condemned/turned off. Installation was 3 days later. Installers were friendly, efficient, & very neat--you would never have known any work had been done. The salesman came by to make sure it was done to my satisfaction and to answer any questions. Thanks to their recommendations, I have a level of comfort in my drafty old house that I didn't know was possible (and my gas bill is down by half!

I was extremely impressed. With an old house you get all the negatives - not with this man. He came in and fixed all the problems and I am delighted.

They came out and looked at the furnace. They told me that the furnace was old and that he probably could not find the part and even if he could, it would be about $400 not including installation and the house call. He said that I would be better off getting a new furnace for about $4000.00. He wrote me a bill for $79 dollars and left. I called another company, who came out and made one phone call and was able to obtain the part and repair my furnace for $332.00 (that was for installation and everything).

They came right away and did a good job, I've got a monster air-conditioner. It's very quiet and seems quite efficient.

I had a situation in the spring with my rental unit that needed fixed. I called and left a message to get service. I was going out of town and expected to have the work done after arranging an appointment. When I got back into town the work was not completed. After some miscommunication, the work was finally completed.

It was a pleasure to work with Swiss Air. Kirk the salesman was punctual, knowledgable, and didn't attempt to hard sell us on anything we didn't want or need. The installers were on time and very courteous. Although originally they felt the job may take much longer, they finished early, hauled the old system away and cleaned up the area completely. I shopped around and for the same system, Swiss air gave the best price. Another company that also deals with Tempstar, told me to go with Swiss Air, because they couldn't come close to the price I was given for the same system. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone at Swiss Air was excellent and we love our new heating and cooling system, it works wonderfully. Excellent company!

I was having no problems at first. They came out, did their routine, were there about an hour and left. I asked the guy if he checked the Freon, and he said it was OK. When the guy was there I saw him take off a metal window and spray the coil. The evening after they were there I found water all over my furnace, on the floor and by the coil where the air conditioner is at. I called Swiss Air back at about 9:30 and asked if someone could come out. They said they were really tied up and couldn't make it out there until 1:00 in the morning. I waited until about 1:15 and nobody was coming, so I called the answering service, and they called me back at a quarter to 2:00 in the morning, and they said they weren't coming out. The next morning, I called their office and told them the situation and asked for someone to come out in the morning and left a message for the manager. He called back and my wife answered, and he said he didn't like my attitude and wasn't coming back.

All three adults in the house when the Swiss Air sales agent was present had the impression that the agent was unnecessarily arrogant and unhelpful. The agent reacted extremely poorly, even after I explained that the prior agent had unexpectedly taken far longer than planned to complete his work, and acted insulted that I was seeking quotes from other Angie's List service providers for a $4000-$8000 job. The agent also acted as if I should already know exactly what equipment should be replaced and with what type of unit (e.g., split A/C system and new gas furnace). This was easily the worst experience I have ever had attempting to purchase high value, complex equipment from a vendor.

The quality of their repair people is absolutely dismal. The first guy, Dan, "fixed" our whole house humidifier with an old license plate (and it still did not work)! Then we started having trouble with our central air, because it stayed on for hours at a time and didn't cool very well. We called and got a technician who seemed to be about 15 years old, and he told us it is "normal" for an A/C compressor to stay on for hours at a time! He also balanced our ductwork in entirely the wrong way, making it icy cold downstairs with nothing coming out upstairs. So we called for a "real professional" and today they sent the first guy, Dan, out again. He was so sarcastic and nasty from the beginning that we kicked him out of the house before he did any work. The general manager doesn't seem to care about any of this and we have cancelled our service contract. I told him I'd be leaving this review on the List.

They delivered 100% of what they promised. There was a $500 discount and it didn't show up on the bill, so I called them about that and they ended up cutting me a check for the $500. The knowledge and professionalism of their staff was the best I have ever seen.

We were satisfied with their work. They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves.

Throughout the whole process, Swiss Air was very professional and knowledgeable. Their pricing was the lowest bid I received. I elected to go with another company (quote was $75 higher than Swiss Air) simply because the other company was located in my neighborhood and I try to support neighborhood businesses. It was a very tough decision and I believe I would have been very happy with Swiss Air.

The salesman, Kirk, immediately asked for the other quotes we had gotten and who we had gotten them from so he could beat their prices and tell us how much better they were. He talked about some of them and made a comments to the effect that Angie's List will put anyone on the list. What we really wanted was to be educated on his products and a presentation of their services. We explained that he was not in competition with the other companies, that we had not made up our mind and were wanting a presentation of the services he was offering, not his comparison of his company to others. It seemed kind of petty, none of the other companies talked poorly about each other.

This was a very good experience. The technicians were top notch and did good work. There was an unexpected delay during installation, as a leaking pipe was discovered. I had to get a plumber out to repair. If they could have fixed the pipe, they would have. There was no hassel by the technicians or company for the delay. They had to return several days later to finish.

They came early, but had cleared it by calling first - a nice courtesy. The charge was Zero since I had the yearly service contract which included a winter and summer service tuneup as part of the very cost effective service/warranty contract. I would highly recommend it to everyone, especially since you have a wonderful company like Swiss Air backing it up. Jim Baker, my technician, was very courteous and friendly and gave me some very useful tips.

Excellent work. They were timely and clean.

Good. Kevin was supposed to get back to me about giving me some replacement filters that went along with the unit. I haven't heard from him. A little sloppy with their work...forgot to put back the door to the furnace, so the unit wasn't working when I got home. They also left some caulking material around the house. Other than that, they have been reliable, and so far my unit seems to be working fine. I think in the long run I will end up saving money, we'll see when I get August's electricity bill.

On Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, we discovered that our air conditioner was running but not cooling. Despite the holiday weekend, we called seven companies with the hope that someone might be able to come out. That evening, we got the call from Swiss Air saying they would try to make it when they could. On Sunday morning, they called and were at our home within 40 minutes. The job was completed; no fuss, no muss, no bother. Dan also provided us with useful maintenance tips. As of today, only one of the six other companies has even returned our messages.

The service is good. Several errors have been made in original installation, but they corrected the them. There was also a leak that they found and resolved. We pay for a monthly contract.
