Salesman provided a timely quotation and followed to ensure that it met my requirements after I had done more research. Installers were prompt and completed installation for us to use the new equipment later in the day. The fully explained the operation of the new air conditioner and furnace. They worked with to select the best location for the intake and exhaust lines and provided valuable home maintenance tips. Even though it was outside the contracted service, one of the installers helped fill an area with crushed limestone where the A/C unit was to be placed.

The technician was overweight, so it was hard for him to get up and down the stairs to get the work done. He had a tendency to talk negatively about a previous service we had do work with the A/C. Instead of being helpful, he just put down the other company, which he did not even know who did the work.

This is the second time I have used them. They are excellent! They are very good at explaining things. There prices are reasonable. I recommend them very highly.

Because of Angie's List, we hired this company to do the work based on their reputation. From the initial quote to the completion of the work the team was professional. The two young men who did the actual move were respectful of our property as they walked through the house, into our basement and among our flower beds. They did a phenomenal job moving the new pipes through the basement soffit and plugging the old holes left by the move. You never would know they were in our basement as they left no mess. And they even cleaned out the unit a little. hey were knowledgeable about units, filters, and gave some good advise to keep the unit running for years to come. I will always use this company from now on for heating or air conditioning issues.

The company representative (John?) gave me four different estimates for four different models. He offered me what was on special at the time. He mentioned what brands he thought other companies might offer me. He followed up within a week when I hadn't gotten around to calling him back yet. He was professional but seemed a bit rushed or pressured in some indefinable way. Thirty three hundred dollars was the lowest bid he gave me.

They are prompt, friendly. If something goes wrong the replace it free of charge and I have had no problems with that.

As always, Swiss Air is very responsive, and their employees are friendly, professional and helpful.

The reason I gave them a "C" overall despite the other higher ratings was because during the past visits, on 3 or 4 occasions, the furnace did not make it up to my programmed temp of 68 degrees until 4 or 5 PM in the afternoon. I called and they were busy with emergencies, which I understand. The bottom line has to be, does a system work well? In this case, it did not. The workmen were willing to do things the way I wanted them done, even if they did not agree if it was the simplest or best way. The men explained the work clearly, well and seemed to know what they were doing. They grumbled a lot. Also, what the salesman said would be done was disputed by them in 2 or 3 different areas. The workers need to develop more professionalism. The salesmen should ask a worker to review the house and make sure what is planned is feasible, rather than just saying yes to everything. Also, if a heating system is not going to be sufficient to heat a house, they should tell homeowners.

The technician was competent and professional. He was also a very pleasant person to deal with. He performed the work to my satisfaction.

Great. The technician was very thorough, taking more than 1.5 hours to complete his inspections and work. He even put on booties when coming in the house each time to avoid getting dirt on the floor! He confirmed a prior diagnosis I had on the aging heater unit. And when I asked, he gave me advice on replacing it. He also gave advice on a duct change to improve air circulation through the house, without pressuring to schedule the work with the company.

Kirk Mowery came out to our house to give an estimate on a new system. He arrived at the agreed upon time. He was friendly and professional and spent more time than any other contractor explaining the different options and the pros and cons of each.

When my husband called Swiss air after their initial estimate to inquire what else could be done that would not cost as much the response was that this was the only option. Therefore it does not appear to be simply the matter of an inexperienced tech, but rather the policy of the company to make as large of a profit as possible.

Good, had some initial issues with the installation of the wrong thermostat. Company replaced at no additional charge.

House was without heat. Serviceman came within a few hours. Found problem, bad fan motor. Fixed it temporarily but could tell furnace was failing. Scheduled crew to replace furnace that same day. Work was done within a few hours. Furnace works great.

They were punctual and they called me back. They were not aware of the Angie's List connection that they had, and they did provide a discount. The job that they did was fine, and they recommend cleaning out the system which would cost $90 which seemed high. They were punctual and professional and did a good job.

They really took their time to explain the pros and cons of replacing the fan motors versus replacing the furnace. I found that to be really helpful and honest. They were quick to get it replaced since it was cold.

Contacted Swiss Air for an estimate. John contacted me the next day and set an appointment. He arrived on time and the price was in line with the others I got. Set up an installation date, they arrived early, answered all my question about the installation and operation of new unit. They did an excellent job on the installation and cleaned up when finished. Would hire them again.

This company was fabulous. He diagnosed the problem right away and showed us the malfunctioning part. He also told us that another part will probably fail within a couple years but was fine for now.

They were exceptional and courteous. I would recommend them highly to anyone. The technician that came out was Scott Peck and he was very knowledgeable, not high pressure, laid back in his presentation, and pointed out some things that should be done in the future. It has been working great since that time.

This was the second service in two months for a blown fuse in the furnace. They did not charge us for the second call. Also, two days later, they sent Scott out to try to figure out the problem. He spent a lot of time, and did not charge for this call. He also noticed that our gas hot water heater's vent pipe had fallen off (a dangerous situation!), and he got a drill and some screws out of his truck and put it back on for us, also at no charge. We have always been impressed with the people from Swiss Air, and this is just further confirmation of their commitment to great customer service.

I have a little problem with my representative. I don't think it was necessary for him to reference my BMW as reference for a sale. Pressure tactics rarely work. Secondly I decided to get the humidifier installed and went to the company to sign the papers. I mentioned to him about the faulty thermostat and his comment was "I heard". I think "sorry about that" or "I hope we didn't inconvenience you", etc. would have been more appropriate. The installers were on time, courteous, and professional. Overall the project went well with one exception. A faulty thermostat was installed therefore my daughter and I had to sleep in a cold house another night. However, I called the company to report that something was wrong. They took the appropriate information and sent someone the next day who found a faulty thermostat to be the problem.
