I first submitted a request for an appointment online, after two days without a call I called and set up an appointment. About an hour later a gentleman (Kirk) called from Swiss Air and asked "Just what is it you hope to accomplish?" I asked for a clarification of his question, he went on to lecture me about how he will no longer try to do estimates in Delaware because he sets them up and then people are never there - it's just a waste of his time. After listening to his harangue for a couple of minutes, I thanked him, told him I no longer expected him to keep the appointment and did not require a lecture, I then hung up. A very unprofessional company, that I would not recommend to anyone for any reason.

I have been working with Jim ever since my furnace & A/C was installed 5 years ago. I am on the Gold Service Plan and semi-annual services are included. Jim arrived on time, explained what he was doing and how the system looked, and offered suggestions on keeping it running efficiently.

Showed up on time and at the early end of the appointment window (2 hour window, I think). The tech did his thing after having to stop for several minutes to use the restroom. He seemed to be tired and winded from walking up and down the basement steps. I was told that the furnace had failed inspection and that I would have to get a new heat exchanger and maybe even a new furnace due to its age since parts might not be available. After 2 additional opinions no one else found a problem other than the usual wear and tear of an old furnace. The tech did not clean up very well he even left his flashlight. I did get at least 2 calls back to follow up about purchasing a new furnace from this company. A new furnace that is not needed.

The men come at the appointed time and got right to work. In just a few hours I had a new functioning furnace. Everything went fine. All the men were very pleasant and agreeable to have around. They left the basement in a clean condition.

We got 4 different estimates, and we chose Swiss Air because we felt they offered the best product & service at the best price, and were professional in their dealings with us. They also arranged for a company to and clean our duct work prior to the installation of the furnace. The crew was on-time, efficient, friendly, and took the necessary time to explain how to operate the equipment. We had concerns about the placement of the vent pipe and the installers went above and beyond to ensure that it was installed to meet our wishes. The whole process took only about 5 1/2 hours.

I had a couple other companies come over for quotes and I just liked the gentleman from Swiss Air the best. The installers were very friendly and had everything done quickly. They didn't make a mess, either, which I had been concerned about. When I get a new A/C next year I plan to contact them for that also. :)

They were professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and did the job in a timely manner. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Everything went really well. I was very pleased with Swiss Air. I had a problem at first, but they came out right away and took care of the problem. They came out a second time and inspected everything to make sure everything was running smoothly and properly.

Overall I couldn't be happier. The job went quick. And I got a good price - that I could feel good about. They recommended good quality things and upgraded the AC (which we had always wanted). They didn't try to sell me more than I really needed. They were right to the point. I would recommend them to anyone. Get a good price and a good job from Swiss Air.

I got three bids. Kirk came from Swiss Air and was very informative and knowledgeable. I think he tried a little too much to upgrade us but overall he is very friendly and easy to understand. We selected Swiss Air because their price was the best. Our service was scheduled within a week. Bill and Mike were the installers and were great. They are professional, efficient, and neat. They vacuumed the area when they were done and did such a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company.

I bought a 150-year-old home with a 40-year-old heating system, no A/C, no duct work to the second floor. I had several companies come out for estimates and each indicated that the job would be extremely challenging, and very expensive. I chose Swiss Air because Kirk, the gentleman who came out for my initial estimate, was very positive, thorough, and kind, and worked to get me the best possible deal. I honestly felt that I was putting the job in the hands of someone I could trust to make sure it was done right. And, I was not disappointed. Mike and Bill installed the systems and they were wonderful. They were really nice guys and very pleasant to be around. The installation was extremely challenging, but they maintained their sense of humor throughout. They were respectful, honest, thorough, and hard working. They were clearly very experienced and I had complete confidence in both of them. They truly went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. I recommend them without hesitation.

The furnace wasn't heating up to the temperature that we would set. Came out within a day or two. They are very timely and accommodating. Very clean, wore foot covers. Replaced filters. Man was really pleasant and nice. Recommend this company!

I usually use another company so I called Angie's List and they gave me Swiss Air. They were very prompt and they were very professional and I was very pleased with their service.

They showed up a little early which is great.( I'm sick of people showing up late). They got straight to work. They worked until lunch break around noon. They completed the job in one day, which to me is impressive. They did a very good quality job ( despite being a Bungles and a Titans fan ) and cleaned up .

From what I see, they did a really good job. They're very clean people, and it didn't take them long to get everything installed. They were very punctual, nice and I would use them again.

The estimate went very well. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem as a lightning strike, which turned into an insurance claim, and proceeded to get everything in order to fix it right away due to the heat. Even helped with getting it covered for insurance. The installers showed up on time, were very personable, and got it installed rather quickly. Unfortunately they made a mistake during installation that caused some minor flooding in our basement. However, they were extremely prompt in fixing it and the general manager was very apologetic and offered to cover any damages. The new system works very well.

Jim Baker, the technician,looked at the outside unit, took it apart & showed me the broken part. He replaced it & checked to make sure that my unit was working before he left. He also gave me helpful tips to keep my system running smoothly. The $109.00 included 15% off with Angie's coupon & the part was under warranty.
