Swiss air gave us an estimate for a Tempstar Furnace unit with A/C. They did a very good job and did what their estimate stated. The installer was professional with the job. They cleaned up after the job and charged what they had estimated. We would use this company if needed in the future.

They do a good job/good work. I have an yearly maintenance contract with them.

I didn't hire them to do the work, but would recommend them.

We ended up going with them because they were $20 cheaper. The quality of their work was good.

My neighbor had used them, and she liked them. She said that they were very polite and courteous. They clean up after themselves, which is a big thing. They come out when they say they will come out. They give me a call before coming out or if they will be late. They tell me if there is any potential problem. They don?t try to sell me things that I don?t need. They will show me everything.

I used their services about 3 weeks ago to get the air conditioning system in my house repaired. They have also done a lot of work on my rental properties. I like them, as they always get the job done on time. They are reasonable and are nice people. I wouldn?t be able to comment on the price that they charge, as I haven?t compared their price with any other company. The quality of their work is very good and perfect. They are very responsive too. I will continue to use their services in the future as well.

The whole thing was great. From the gentleman who came out and gave me the quote to the individuals at the office it was a top notch situation. The guys that did the install we absolutely great. Fantastic attitudes and great work. I think it was Matt and Mike, I'm bad with names so if I'm wrong forgive me. I've got to say that the process was perhaps the best work transaction I've had in years. The company has a winning attitude and these guys are a huge part of it and I thank them.

He took the time to explain things to me, work on my knowledge and wants and present me with a quote on a system that matched and even exceeded my wants.

On a Friday a repairman from Swiss Air came to take a look at our old unit to see if it could be repaired. He did not charge us anything. He explained why our old unit could not be repaired. He saw some things that were installed wrong on our old AC unit. He was very friendly and informative and knowledgeable. He told us we would need a new AC and suggested what might be the best reliable AC for our home with the least cost. He said the installers would be here on Monday at 9:00am and they were, very prompt. They guys that came to install the new unit were very polite and friendly and were finished when they said they would be. It only took them about 3 and a half hours to finish. They cleaned up very thoroughly and took the old unit away. They gave us some good advice about cleaning the air filters and how to install a regular media filter if we wanted to use that instead of the electro static filter. They asked if we had any questions and said to call if any problems.

They were very punctual, polite and I'm very happy with the job they did.

This company had been out a month earlier and found no problems but decided to not charge for the service. We've been pleased with the work done by this company.

They are very honest and punctual. They are also very professional and explain any of the work that they are doing. I will continue to use them.

THE TECH CLEANED THE EXPENSIVE ELECTRONICH AIR FILTER WITH WATER AND RE ASSEMBLED WITH WET FILTERS.NO MOISTURE IS TO BE INTRODUCED TO THESE TYPE UNITS.AFTER HE LEFT THE FRONT PANEL LIGHTS WERE FLASHING.WHEN I OPENED THE FRONT COVER THE BOTTOM PIN WAS BENT AND WATER HAD RUN OUT OF CASING.THEY REPLACED THE FRONT PANEL.IT STILL IS FLASHING. i WAS TOLD A MANAGER WOULD CALL BACK ( LAST WEEK ) NO CALL. NOW THEY HAVE PUT US ON IGNORE.I HAVE CLEANED THIS UNIT SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO PROBLEM.

They are very good. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and explain everything. They are just an excellent company.

Great Installers had to work in the rain to install air conditioner, few complaints used drop cloths so less mud tracked throughout house good clean up, hauled away old furnace and air conditioner husband so happy he fed them lunch

It was fine. In fact, they recommended the company who cleaned my air ducts. I really appreciate them talking to me about the more efficient furnaces. They were here on time. The gentleman took time to tell us the expectations of a furnace.

Called for an estimate for a complete system and Kirk came out within the week based on my availability. I was late getting back to my house for the appointment but Kirk was willing to stick around waiting for me. He talked me through the options. When he heard that we were looking for a more eco friendly system, he talked us through the choices and asked us about our heating and cooling habits. He recommended the high efficiency two stage furnace but not the top of the line A/C since we don't use the A/C unless its over 85. He recommended Carrier since they were temporarily less expensive than the other brands they sell. Kirk was persistent and friendly without being pushy. He called us a few times to see if we had any more questions. We choose SwissAIR based on price and comfort since the warranties and maintenance plans were almost identical to other companies. They worked around our schedule for installation. The crew of 3 was friendly and efficient. They showed up around 9 and had it completed by 4 on a bitterly cold day. The crew was clean, asked before using the bathroom, and answered my questions as they were working. They even spent some time to get the A/C unit exactly where I wanted it next to the house - easier said than done since the frozen ground was not easy to dig through. Later that day Kirk called about finishing the paperwork for the system including the warranty and financing. He volunteered to come to my place of work to finish the paperwork.

I have a service contract with this company. I get a single tune up for free a year. They discount parts according the service contract. He seems to know his business very well. He promoted additional services in a polite way. He gave good advice regarding annual maintenance.

The entire experience was great. I scheduled the work late on a Thurs. and had a guy starting the work at 9a the following Monday. The tech. that performed the work was pleasant and gave me a few pointers on keeping my old unit kicking for a few more years.

The company was on time, neat and professional. They removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment perfectly. They went over the equipment with me so I would know how to care for it. In addition, not only did they have a good price, it included excellent warranties on the equipment and 5 years of maintenance calls at no extra charge.

They are superb. Other companies gave me high estimates and unneeded items. This company came me an estimate of the 1/3 compared to others. They did an excellent job fixing my furnace. I can't say enough positive comments about this company. They are the best.

They're a very fine, professional company. They came out and told me exactly what was wrong. I felt very comfortable that they knew what they were doing. Their price was in line with other prices I'd gotten. I didn't go with them because I have one of those home warranties and the company that I used was able to work something out with the home warranty that Swiss Air wasn't able to do. The truth is, I would have used them had it not been for that home warranty.

The installers were very nice people. They were very pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up better than any other providers I have had in my home. They got the job done when they said they would have it done by. The technician I talked to about the system was friendly and knowledgeable about the system. He explained the various systems I could choose from and how they worked. He also listened to what I had to say and didn't push any specific units that he thought I should have in my home.
