Our furnace went out the day before Christmas. They helped us the same day. Service and results were excellent. The technician really went the extra mile to help us. The weather was very cold, so we were very appreciative.

Great. They gave a great price quote, guys showed up a little late but only because they decided to do MORE than was on the contract, installed it quickly; product works.

They were very good. Very easy and pleasant to work with, completed the job in record time which was important as our house was pretty cold because our very old furnace had quit. They connected to the old vents and it looks great. They ran a new line through our NOT easy to access crawl space with no complaints. Already, the new furnace is keeping the house more comfortable at 68 degrees than the old one did at 72 degrees. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

We considered the price reasonable. They came out and did a good job. They fixed what they had to fix and we were staisfied with their service.

They were very personable, professional, and they did a great job. I'm not sure about the price because I usually get three estimates though. I even tipped both of the guys if that says anything. They finished what I was told and hour early. They have to come back because my house has strange air ducts and stuff like that to which they have to drill some holes to make my air conditioner work better. I would recommend them highly and the owner is very nice.

My experience was very good and we were happy with everything. We had them back for a fall check and everything checked out without any problems.

I called to schedule an appointment because our a/c unit was not producing cold air. They promply arrived, and determined that there was a freon leak and that the freon level was low. The rep charged me $520.95 to add the freon but did not repair the leak. However, after looking over the bill later, the amounts on the bill were not adding up correctly. I called and gave them my information so that they could return my call the next day. After two days of no call-back, my dad called. His call was returned by the regional manager. The regional manager could not figure out where the tech came up with the total and credited our account $120. Therefore, although they found a leak in our unit, the only repair/replacement they made was adding freon to the unit for a total of $400.

When the AC went out initially, we called and a tech was out within an hour to get the system working again. This was great since it was the middle of August and we were in a heat wave. He advised replacing our 20+ year old system since the refrigerant used in the AC was obsolete and being phased out. Also, we could take advantage of the tax credit. He scheduled us with a sales rep who came out to our house, went over the options with us and got the work scheduled for two days later. They were very quick and responsive. The installers arrived on time, got everything set up and finished ahead of schedule. The new system works great and the house feels much more comfortable.

We got multiple quotes for replacing our furnace and a/c. Swiss Air was not only the least expensive, but they were the only ones who sent a (very knowledgeable) salesperson out to give us a quote. All the other companies sent out a technician, and every single one of them was rough around the edges. Swiss Air was professional, listened to our needs, gave us several options based on those needs, and made it all very easy (every other company made a big deal about the age of our old furnace and how difficult it would be to install a new one that met current code). They were able to schedule the installation quickly as well. The technicians that came to the house to do the work were wonderful. They were on time, and very very patient with dealing with our old, heavy, large furnace. They could only partially install the a/c because of unexpected water in our crawl space, but did as much work as they could before leaving. They stayed longer than they estimated because of the complications. After the water dried up, we called them back out, and they finished the a/c install. They earned their money on our job! Everything has been working beautifully. Our only small complaint is that they didn't get the proper permit from Worthington to do the work (or maybe didn't submit the paperwork?). Luckily, our town is a bit relaxed and we were able to turn in the permit after the fact with no issues.

Swiss Air was very prompt in coming to fix the problem with our air conditioner. They were VERY prompt, VERY Professional and reasonably priced. They had to order a part and were prompt in getting it installed. This company and its employees, we would highly recommend for any heat/air conditioning job. We even joined their maintenance program because we have been so impressed with their service and professionalism. Best company we have had for heating/air conditioning problems including being very thorough in checking out the problems. Great company and great employees!!!!

Job went fine. Fast response. Fair price. Didn't try to up-sell any services. Warned of older system and to prepare for cost of replacement.

I called and within a half an hour, Mike was dispatched to my location. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my a/c unit and called to see if a part was in stock with the provider. The part was placed on hold for him and he went to get it, then returned to make the repair. Before he left, he hard-wired the faulty board so the a/c was running in the house while he went to get the necessary part. He returned within an hour and replaced the part. Both Nancy, in the office, and Mike, the technician, were highly professional. Mike was very informative and helpful as well as being efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

Joe promptly showed up to complete my project. He was very nice and friendly right off the bat! He checked out my furnace which seemed fine, and them moved on to my a/c system. Joe recharged my a/c system, which was very low. I appreciated him completing the project in a reasonable amount of time! I would certainly call Swiss Air again in the future if necessary. *I put price N/A as I didn't shop around.

They were fast, friendly, and easy to work with. They were a little bit sloppy in the installation like not adjusting the ducts properly and little things that needed attention later. They were quickly corrected by the repair crews who have been exceptional and I would recommend them in the future.

Our air conditioner stopped working on Friday night. We were not hopeful that we could get anyone to come out over the weekend. But Swiss Air answered right away at 9am on Saturday and charged a very reasonable weekend fee. He found the problem and fixed it right away. Very friendly and professional as well. We were very pleased with his service and would use again.

I was not given a choice - either I accepted the $99 replacement on the tech's truck, or I go without. $99 is an outrageous price to pay. I called the owner of the business to complain, and he responed that the service fee of $99 covers the cost of getting the truck and tech there. He needs to make his profit on the repair. I guess that is why I was taken paying $99 for a thermostat which can be purchased anywhere for under $30.

VERY IMPORTANT_- The central air conditioning system stopped working the Friday before Memorial Day weekend- called several companies from angies list, and understandably they couldn't come out until the next week. Made an appt. with Swiss Air to come out then ( the next week ), but the person said they would try to work us in sooner. They actually did come out the same day ( Friday ) around 7:30pm, The service man was more than gracious about working that late in the day and on a Friday before a Holiday-, He found the problem quickly and fixed it that evening- You can't get better service that that-

John with Swiss Air came out to our residence to give an estimate on replacing our old inefficient HVAC with a new high-efficiency system. Although we decided to go another direction, it was in no way due to the quality customer service and fair pricing offered by John and Swiss Air. We ultimately liked another brand of HVAC better. I highly recommend that anyone interested in replacing their HVAC arrange an estimate with John and Swiss Air before making a final decision.

We noticed the electric short in the heat pump late Friday night. We turned off the system and called Saturday. Someone was able to come out at 2:00 in the afternoon. The technician was prompt and friendly. He did the job in a competent manner. We are pleased with the results.

A snowy day from start to finish. Showed up at specified time with the necessary tools and new units to do the job. Installation performed by 2 technicians; Mike & Jeremy. Put down drop clothes to lesson dirt and snow. Went right to work and had the old units out in record time. New units installed in the same manner, no fuss, minimum mess. Furnace worked as advertised, fired right up. Noticed improved heating distribution in residence. Paid specified amount at completion. No add ons and everything done according to agreement with company. Included in price was three year GOLD plan=excellent. There were no don'ts! Well Done!!

I woke up to 57 degrees F. After checking the furnace it was determined that the old furnace was broken. Swiss Air was able to change some schedules to install or furnace on the same day the old furnace broke. They explained how to operate the furnace and thermostat before leaving.

They were very courteous on the phone and arrived on time. The technician gave me a lot of input prior to and after the inspection. I will use them in future.

Very mediocre. Rep seemed more interested in selling me a service plan than servicing my furnace.

Two weeks ago I bought a new furnance and air conditioner. I also had a new touch pad thermostat added. Last night I had to change the temperature and accidently tried to remove the cover (forgot it was touchpad). The cover came off and the display dropped to the floor damaging the screen. The problem was I had a home inspection the next morning. I called Swiss Air expecting an answering machine, but got a message service who said they would have a tech call me. Jeremy call me right back and said he would get a replacement in the next morning early. A few hours later I was having a dinner party and I saw a swiss Air truk pull up. Jeremy asked if it was OK he could come in and replace the unit that evening. What great service and then I could relax the rest of the night. I do blame Jeremy for my headache this morning as I drank too much last night because I was so relieved. Thanks Swiss Air!

They are wonderful. I have an annual contact with them. They come out periodically to check. I really like them, they are very nice.
