First, the positives -- good price, well seasoned and a generous quantity. Maybe I'm just the unlucky one who got the bottom of the pile, but (1) Along with the firewood came a lot of dirt (and about a two gallon sized pail of rocks) -- I hauled off 3 wheel barrows of dirt, (2) Also had 3 mulch bags full of bark to put in the trash, (3) About 80% of the wood was coated in a film of dirt (I had to brush it off), (4) Was supposed to be 18-20", but I ended up with 2-3 wheel barrows of "stubs" (6-12"), (5) Also were 40-50 pieces over 20" (won't fit in my insert) that I had to chainsaw (another couple of wheel barrows of stubs). Hopefully this isn't typical and you'll have better luck, but this was my first and last order.

Called me to arrange delivery . Very professional, honest concerning type of wood to be delivered and pricing. Wood was delivered on time as discussed. Good variety of seasoned wood. I would hire again and recommend to anyone looking for a reliable firewood delivery

It went well. The firewood was seasoned, the volume was correct and I would use them again.

Workers very courteous, hand tossed wood on driveway so mud on bottom of dump truck stayed off driveway. CJ responded promptly regarding follow up request.

His wood was small and he wasn't providing a valued product as he stated. I'm not going to use him anymore. He called it a linear cord which was well short of a cord. He stated that his wood was cut in 18x20 inch length which I would say that their average board is in the 15 to 16 inch. The wood was decent but small. He was responsive and he delivered on time when he said he was going to.

We closed on our home 1 month before we actually moved, and I needed a lawn service I could trust to do a great job in my absence. We were verbally recommended to CJs Lawn Care, and after talking with Clarke, I knew that he held his workers to a high standard for making lawns look beautiful. We continued with the service once we moved in, and once / week until early November, our lawn was trimmed, and it stayed lush all season. We contracted for leaves (otherwise, you need to have the leaves cleaned up prior to your mowing service), and again, the lawn was immaculate. We are using CJs Lawn Care again this year. While I haven't priced other options, the service, reliability, ease and outcome with this company make it worthwhile.

After clarifying how the firewood is cut, shorter to fit in more fireplaces, I was able to get the amount needed (4 cords) to get me through this winter.  The price was a little bit higher than other places per cu/ft, but there is no doubt the quality of the wood is better,  (I've not seen good wood like this since moving from WV).  I expect I will stay warm this winter with some longer burning wood than the over seasoned, old gray wood I had last year.  All in all it was a good experience and I have no complaints.

Their service is good. We have been using them for about three years.

He is very dependable. When he says he will do something, he will do it. Very good system he is running. The work is good. He will cut the grass on a specific day that you set up with him and if you don't feel the need that the yard needs mowed, call the night before, before 9pm and he will take you off the list but will be back the next week.

Ordered cord of wood on Saturday, said they could deliver next day, Sunday. Called Monday to see why no delivery, said he must have lost order and could deliver Tuesday. Delivered cord on Tuesday. On original call they stated piece length was 18 in instead of 24 like a true cord, so right away your not getting true cord. After stacking I probably ended up with no more than 3/4 of a cord, not including the fact that the log was short. They delivered in a long carrier with my cord and another and just eyed it out when they delivered. The wood quality was ok, burns very slow though. I would order again only if I needed wood quickly; within a couple days time.

Called and within a few days it was scheduled. This was back in June when CJ has a better off-season price. This is the second year I have gotten wood from him and what a great find. The wood is seasoned and burns nice, hot and long. The guys stack it up nicely in the barn for me.

Every year the price went up,and expected to be paid ahead of time. If you didn't,the price was higher. He would never answer the phone. If he didn't want to answer your questions he would ignore you. I was being pressured into using them when I went to another company. They wanted to charge the same price when I told them I didn't want their services anymore, and kept calling even when my husband told them not to call back. I wanted them to rake our leaves once,and he asked how many I had-like I was supposed to count them.
