The job went perfectly! They were professional and quick. It has been almost six months since I had the patio installed but I still love everything about it. What I liked most is that I was not overcharged. Some of the others price the job way over average and blame it on inflation. A little more is okay but they were thousands of dollars over. They were fair with their pricing.

I have used City Wide 3 times prior, and will use again after this 4th service. I sent an email to ask abut scheduling. Owner Craig emailed me back with tentative date, and later called when date approaching. The crew did nice work and followed written instructions I left (was not home). Seal was evenly applied, no mess, and nothing in surrounding grass. Will use again

Craig and his son were meticulous about clearing the driveway before sealing, taring the cracks, and sealing.  We are very happy with their work and how it has held up.

Job was done well. Called to let me know he was running late, and arrived when he said he would. Explained what he needed to do and why, completed it in a timely way. Explained how to take care of the driveway while everything dried.

They returned my call promptly and came to give me an estimate the next day. They did the work the next day. They arrived on time and did a neat job.

I had a medical scare and had to reschedule the appointment. He was very accommodating to our needs. Prompt and did a good job on our driveway.

CRAIG LANTZ PROVIDED ME WITH AN ESTIMATE THE DAY AFTER I CALLED HIM. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN A ONE WEEK PERIOD FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL. PLUS HE TELEPHONED ME WHEN HE WAS STARTING THE WORK AND WHEN HE FINISHED. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

THEIR COST WAS VERY REASONABLE AND THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. THE GUY HAS A REAL GOOD SYSTEM. HE DID SOME MINOR COLD PATCHING AS WELL AS RE-SEALING. THEY USE A VERY GOOD SEALER, MUCH BETTER THAN WHAT ANYONE CAN JUST BUY AT A RETAIL STORE. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND I AM VERY PLEASED.
