 + -1 moreI did not use them because he claimed he was licensed I called the City of Columbus Home Improvement Building Service Division and they have no record of him or his business being licensed. I called him back to cancel because he wasn't licensed and he said that his company is under his sister's name.
Description of Work: He came out and gave me an estimate for pulling up the floor and repair a plumbing problem that I was having underneath the floor.
