I met with several florists before I chose them. Though the most expensive, I chose them because they seemed friendly, had good ideas and said they could recreate the bouquets I had picked from pictures. All that quickly changed. After my consultation, I felt like I was bugging the staff if I called with questions, made any changes, or even dropped off payment. On my wedding day, I found that my bouquet was 2x the size I expected and had roses in it when I specifically requested no roses in my contract. The bridesmaids' bouquets and flower girl's pomander were falling apart before we even walked down the isle. I was told the pomander would be "nearly indestructible." After the wedding, they "misplaced" my unity candle holder from my parents' 25th wedding anniversary and took several phone calls and 8 months to locate it sans the candles. They had only excuses in annoyed tones when I asked questions and voiced my unhappiness with their work.

I DECIDED TO RETURN TWO OF THE HOME ACCESSORIES PURCHASED AS THEY DID NOT FIT WELL IN MY DECOR. UPON RETURN, THE OWNER NOTICED A SMALL CRACK IN ONE ITEM. SHE WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN (NOT EVEN FOR A STORE CREDIT WHICH IS HER STORES POLICY). I HAD THE ITEM FOR ONLY ONE DAY AND DID NOT DAMAGE THE ITEM. SHE ACCUSED ME OF DAMAGING THE ITEM, THEN TRYING TO RETURN IT. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND BERATED ME IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND HER EMPLOYEES. SHE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS PURCHASED WERE VERY NICE. HOWEVER, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I WOULD BE CAUTIOUS ABOUT HIRING A BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
