Roof Leaks. Many, Many, Many phone calls. Few responses. Lots of excuses. Many visits to deal with leak. Crews from Columbus, Dayton, and New Jersey. Never the same crew. Roof still leaks. I kept details of the whole process. Too lengthy to include here. I wouldn't recommend this outfit to my enemies.

The siding has been falling off the house. We called within weeks of having siding install to complain that siding was coming down and is rippling. It was repaired. Siding fell 3 more times and was repaired. It has been about 9 months since installation and again the siding is coming loose from the house. When calling Champion the phone is answered by voice mail and calls are not returned for a day or two. Repairs are not made till weeks later. I would never recommend Champion for an install of any product.

I wasn’t happy with them. They charged me for an estimate. We told them that we wanted screens and they said they would get us a contract in the mail. That was over 2 weeks ago and was 3 weeks from the time they came out and gave us an estimate before they ever called us back with a proposal. We still have not gotten anything from them and I would never do business with them again.
