The thing that I like a bout this provider is that he is extremely intelligent. He has people  who is totally qualified and can do a variety of different things. I am very pleased with this provider. I am going to use them again. They will be coming again to add weather stripping around my sliding door.

Eric was very good at explaining what they were doing and answering any questions I had!  He was very responsive to my phone calls and his team was great to work with. Eric was very knowledgeable about problems with the roof and addressing them. He also noticed other things that I needed to have addressed. Would highly recommend!

The crew came, they went over the roof with a fine tooth comb.  They were very professional.  They made sure everything was in good condition.  The service was quickly performed, minor maintenance was necessary.  I was satisfied.

The process from start to finish was painless.  I had contacted Eric to look at my roof to get a quote for a replacement.  Not only did I get a new roof, but Eric got my insurance company involved and I did not even have to pay for the roof.  However, I chose to upgrade the shingles and I did pay the difference between what the insurance company agreed to pay for and what I decided I wanted on my roof.  Eric and his crew came in and got the job done quickly and when they were done everything was cleaned up and I had a beautiful new roof.  As soon as the roof was completed, I also had Eric install gutter guards as well.  Again this process was painless and I have been very satisfied ever since.  I will continue to recommend Central Ohio Roof Restoration to anyone who needs a new roof, gutter guards, gutter cleaning, minor or major roof repairs, or anything else related to the outside of your home.

I had The Attic Doctor out after a home inspector found mold in my attic. One of the workers told me he could see daylight around my chimney and he would check it out before leaving. He did a roof inspection and let me know that one of their sister companies is Central Ohio Roof Restoration. He told me what he found and showed me pictures of everything so I could see for myself while he was explaining everything to me. He could of told me anything he wanted because I'm not getting on the roof, but showing me pictures from his phone was pretty impressive. He said he was going to secure some of my counter flashing and seal it to prevent any more leaks if it rained prior to me getting all of the repairs done. (He didn't charge me anything) I called the 337-ROOF # he gave me and someone came out a couple of days later. I was comfortable with the price and was put on the schedule. Central Ohio Roof Restoration came out and performed everything prior to me getting home from work. They left an invoice in my mailbox with a note telling me they removed a wasp nest and repaired my spigot. These guys are awesome. How many contractors do that? They didn't require immediate payment and fixed my spigot that has been leaking all year for free.  I joined Angies List just to put these two companies on here. That's how impressed I am and the least I could do to try and repay them a favor. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Once we got past the weather delays.  Eric and his crew showed up and got the roof so clean it look like new.  I wish we would have done this years ago.  He also patched a spot around the eve that was bare.

It was fine. The cleaning was $800 and the repair was $160, which was fine with us. We had black streaks and he cleaned those off. I trusted his judgment because it is hard to see on the roof. I was happy with the work.

I called several roof cleaning companies for estimates. Only one other company could clean my roof because of the pitch. Central Ohio Roof Restoration was the only one who said they could clean my roof with no problems AND guarantee the stains would be gone. These guys are awesome. They fixed my roof and then cleaned it. It now looks like new!

Central Ohio Roof Restoration did the original inspection and worked with the insurance adjuster to finalize cost. Job was done in day and a half. All work was performed timely and installers were professional. They cleaned up all trash and nails and left without a trace they were ever here. The owner Eric, gave us a variety of shingles to choose from and explained in detail the differences in shingle quality. He also explained process he would take and why certain steps would be taken. He completed the job earlier than expected at the price quoted. I believe we were the fourth or fifth roof he completed in my neighborhood and everyone has been more that satisfied with the quality of their work.
