I wanted to give an update. Ron did come back and finish the job as promised. Overall the job turned out good and that is why I adjusted his quality up. My only concern is the price from the initial quote kept going up during the job. Also some of his measurements were WAY OFF which resulted in the incorrect materials being ordered for the job. Thank God the home improvement store took back some special order cabinets. The final price I paid was double the quoted price, cause Ron kept jacking up the price as we went along.
