Price is great, no problems with the cleaning. They seem to be the only decent cleaner anywhere near the center city these days.

Picked up suit. Still some spotting on the vest. Attendant noticed one I didn't. Recleaned the vest at no charge.

My wife and I have used Caskey's for years now.  They are not the closest to us, but they do have a location just South of downtown which makes it easy after work.  They always have lots of employees on hand to take in and give completed items.  Prices are good and you can always find coupons.  The Entertainment book as a 50% off coupon each month.  They really do a good job laundering my dress shirts too.

They are locally owned and operated so everything is done onsite.  They offer a monthly coupon in the Entertainment Book.  It is a bit of a drive for me and their prices are a little bit higher but I feel like I get good quality work for a decent price with the coupon.

This will be my first and absolute last experience with these people. I dropped off 14 items to the store, which were promised for pickup in 7 days (which seemed an inordinate amount of time in the first place). These garments were to make up my wardrobe for a vacation beginning the following day. I was  shocked to find that the store decided to close early at 3 (the receipt states that they close at 7pm), which will require me to spend the first day of vacation (and a great deal of money) shopping for an entire wardrobe of summer clothes to replace the ones being held hostage by Caskey. I'm sick to my stomach just thinking about it. VERY BAD BUSINESS MODEL

About a week ago I went to Casky's to pick up my laundry. I had a large amount (taking the winter clothes out of mothballs and getting them cleaned) So I didn't notice when I picked up and paid for some sweaters that were not mine. When I got home I realized I had someone else's dry cleaning. So I took it back, thinking they would be thankful. Nope, no thank you. They just took the laundry. They said they could not issue me a refund unless I could prove I paid for them. WTF? It's not like they even give out receipts. I'll keep using them because they are near to where I live. But I just got ripped off $20.50.

I had originally taken the pillow and armrest covers to my local cleaners, who declined to clean them because, they said, the backing on the fabric might dissolve and ruin the fabric. I had been a bit offended by this concern because the fabric was from a reputable upholstery shop in town and manufactured by a respected national fabric company. When I took them to Caskey Cleaners, they didn't bat an eye about cleaning them, even when I told them what my local dry cleaners had said. They did suggest that they not use heat when they dried the items so I wouldn't have shrinkage problems. Even though the line was very long, they took the time to carefully mark each piece with a note instructing that no heat should be used in drying. When I picked the items up, they looked great and fit back on my couch with no problems. I will definitely use this business again in the future.

Caskey's is open late and on Saturdays which make them convenient. They do a good job cleaning items at reasonable prices. It is always done when it is supposed to be. They recycle hangers which I also appreciate. I use coupons that come in the mail which provide a good cost savings.

Caskey's is a little more expensive, but you can always find coupons. The best are in the Entertainment book which gives you 50% off your entire order, up to $10 each month. More coupons are in the Main Street magazine. One time, one of the employees pulled out the Main Street magazine and ripped out the coupon to apply to a large bill I had one day. Talk about service! On a rare occasion, I have lost a button on a dress shirt. Once they tried to repair it themselves but did a poor job. At least they tried, I guess. Same day service before 9 am is nice but expensive.

They were very friendly when I was in there dropping off my clothes. They had them done when I needed them back. They are very professional about their job.

This was the first time I'd taken anything here. They removed the stain completely. Whatever their price was at the time, it was fair. We've used them a couple times since, the clothes are usually my best, but I trust them the most.

I do a lot of dry cleaning & I tried Caskey's for the first time because they are in my new neighborhood. I had a great first experience. They have great hours, efficient & professional service, did a good job on my clothing, & the price was fair. I was impressed.

Used this company for years. Can't beat the quality or price. Always very friendly.

They did an excellent job! They are close to my downtown office and were suggested to me by a co-worker. They did an outstanding job, and the cost was much less than what their competitors charge for the same service. They have earned all my future dry cleaning business!

They are the cheapest and best in town.

I WAS REALLY SURPRISED MARKS CAME OUT.

GREAT SERVICE! ALL STAINS REMOVED THE FIRST TIME. CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE!

CASKEY LOST A PAIR OF PANTS FROM A LADIES PANT SUIT THAT I HAD TAKEN IN FOR DRY CLEANING. THEY CLAIMED THEY WEREN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PANTS SINCE I DID NOT CHECK THE ITEMS BEFORE I LEFT THE STORE. THEY ALSO SAID THAT I SHOULD RECHECK MY CLOSETS FOR THE PANTS. AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS GOING BACK-AND-FORTH, THEY FINALLY REIMBURSED ME $100 FOR THE PANTS. NOT THE SUIT WHICH COST WELL OVER $200. AND NOT INCLUDING TAX, DRY CLEANING AND ALTERATIONS THAT WERE DONE ON THE SUIT. I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AS THEY MAY LOSE YOUR CLOTHES.

CHARGED A $1.25 PER PLEAT. I GOT A SENIOR DISCOUNT AND HAD A COUPON IN LOCAL PAPER. I GOT BY DRAPES BACK IN ONE WEEK. SATISFIED.
