The inspector was very thorough and clearly explained any problems and steps to resolve them. When we were done I felt like I was prepared for the purchase, plus I had a road map for what I could do to improve my new house. I hope I never buy another house, but if I do I will definitely use Casciani Engineering again.

Fred identified multiple issues with the property through an extremely thorough inspection. Purchasing without this inspection would have been a disaster. Fred saves us from making the wrong purchase. I will never use anyone else to do a home inspection.

Fred was very friendly on the phone when setting up the appointment. On the scheduled day of the inspection, he was very prompt. The house was a 3 bedroom ranch of 1500 sq. ft., so I anticipated the inspection to last only a few hours. Well, I was wrong. Fred was at the house for over 4 hours. He was so thorough. He was able to identify a number of issues with the house and advised us on how they might be remedied. The written report was provided later the same day.
