THE FLOWERS WERE ATROCIOUS. IT WAS A SMALL PLANTER THAT LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING YOU'D BUY AT A GROCERY STORE. I TOOK THE FLOWERS BACK TO SHOW TO THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL AND APOLOGIZE TO MY DAUGHTER AND TAKE IT OFF MY CARD. I WAS HUMILIATED AND EMBARRASSED BY THE FLORAL SELECTION AND THEY HAD BEAUTIFUL FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS OUT FRONT OF THE STORE ON DISPLAY.
