I went for an estimate & they said they could start on it right away, gave me a rental car & dealt with my insurance company, were responsive to any questions I had. A different body shop had said they would try to work my car in hopefully within 2 weeks since we were concerned that the trunk was not sealed. Car Pro waived my insurance copayment, were friendly & helpful. I enjoyed not having to go to a separate location to pick up a rental car & the car I got was newer/nicer than my car. They also detailed my car.
