The realtor we had did a fantastic job.  He helped us stage and sell our home of 21 years and purchase another.  We had some complications and he helped us work through them by arranging quick turnaround time for our inspections and appraisals. I have put $1.00 as the approximate cost of service,  I know it was more.  In this case I feel it is information pertinent to our home value(s) and not something I feel comfortable with sharing.

Mike Parsons was really great to work with. We appreciate his down-to -earth and approachable demeanor. We started our home search over 2 years ago and then found out we were expecting twins and had to take 1.5 year break and Mike was ready and willing to help us again when the timing was right. We would definitely use Mike in the future as well as recommend him to others.

As far as Cam Taylor/Amy Hochwalt - very Amy did everything she could to move the process forward. The closing process took too much time and effort but the fault was not on the realtor. Throughout Amy was very thorough and supportive.

Ellen responded almost immediately when I contacted her about working with her as a first time home buyer. She walked me through the process and talked me through my fears. She had great insight and really figured out what I was looking for. She helped me find a great house, that needs a little work, that I can really make my own! She has stayed in contact since closing and helped me out in any way she could.

They are extremely ethical. They advocate just as hard for mid and low range priced homes as high end homes. They're just excellent, great communicators and fine people. I've recommended them to several friends. Their skill set is excellent and they know the market.
