The CR Concrete Construction team recently replaced our 33-year-old driveway. The team's quality of work, integrity, and professionalism were outstanding, and we highly recommend them.

They made everything so simple. They did everything how they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. Their quote was very reasonable. They were very accommodating and made great suggestions about the design. I strongly recommend them.

Super!!  I have used CR before and the work is always of very high quality.  Carlos and his team are very professional.  His work is not cheap but it is also not the most expensive.  He is very fair and stands by his work.  If he does not believe the quality is up to par he will re do it without question. He even pointed something out that I did not notice.  He ripped it out and redid the next day.  I have recommended Carlos to several friends and they have thanked me for the referral.

We were having a new porch built. Carlos removed our existing porch and poured a new porch and steps. Carlos was very attentive to details, ensuring the work was done to his high expectations. Carlos was always responsive to questions and kept us up to speed throughout the process.

He was the least expensive of all of our estimates. Prompt. Professional. Very happy with the quality. Would use in the future.

I still have to deal with putting dirt in between the lawn and the curb, and I didn't expect to have to do that. There is a gap in between the lawn and the driveway. Otherwise, they were OK. When the work was performed, they were timely and friendly.

C R did some concrete work on our house before we purchased it. We ran into their crew working on a neighbor's house and jokingly complained about a crumbling step in our concrete porch stairs - the kids played on the railing embedded in the concrete until it broke off the corner of the step. Carlos said he didn't pour these steps (and they are obviously much older than the new patio that he did do) but offered to remove and re-pour the bottom step for $100 since his crew was already on the street for another job. They came as promised and took care of it. I plan to hire C R for concrete work in the future.

Estimate delivered within hours of initial inquiry. Work begun two business days after execution of contract. Completed two days later. on time, on budget, done.

He was very professional, he came and checked on his workers all the time. They were very good workers, they would make sure every brick that they laid was perfect was levelers. There price was the best. They cleaned up everything around there work.

They were great. I really needed to do this and was glad for the chance to have it done efficiently and the same day!

Carlos and his crew did a great job. They started sooner than I expected and knocked it out over two days (one to remove, one to pour). The new curb looks great and is a smooth transition to our driveway.

IN APRIL, I NOTICED AN APPROX. 10 FT LONG HAIRLINE CRACK. AT THIS POINT, I CONTACTED AND SPOKE TO THE OWNER, WHO PROMISED TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK. WE HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING SINCE EVEN THOUGH I'VE CALLED ALMOST ON A WEEKLY BASIS. I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER'S ASST. IN LATE MAY, WHO PROMISED TO PASS THE WORD ALONG, BUT I HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE OWNER. NOW THE CRACK IS NO LONGER A HAIRLINE, BUT FULL-FLEDGED AND LARGER. I WOULD LIKE FOR THE OWNER TO COME OUT AND RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM BASED ON THE WARRANTY.

Very prompt, courteous, good-quality work, conscientious, professional. Only complaint was that the work took longer than expected (started on 6/29, ended 7/5). Should have only taken 48 hours, however was started on a Thursday, and he hadn't gotten the city's permit ahead of time.

They did the work alright but the contractors had fight amongst themselves and put me in the middle of it. I did not like that but everything else was ok.

Excellent experience. The price was reasonable, they showed up when promised and did very good work. Carlos Ricardo was very pleasant to work with as were the guys on his crew.

THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN THE TWO DAYS DESCRIBED. HIGH QUALITY CONCRETE PAD WAS INSTALLED AND MADE A VERY NICE CHANGE TO OUR HOME! IN ADDITION, CARLOS USED HIS BOBCAT EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE TREE STUMP DEBRIS THAT WAS IN THE FRONT YARD. HE DID NOT CHARGE FOR THIS, AND JUST ADDED IT TO WHAT HE HAULED AWAY AFTER THE JOB! WHAT AN 'ABOVE AND BEYOND' POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!

EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE ENTIRE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN 2 DAYS. THE COMPLETED DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALK AND PORCH STEPS ARE BEAUTIFUL. CARLOS RICARDO AND HIS CREW DID SOME NICE EXTRA TOUCHES LIKE ADDING A FLAIR TO THE END OF THE SIDEWALK, ADDING TOPSOIL AND GRASS SEED TO FILL IN THE AREA THAT WAS EXCAVATED, AND NICE FINISHING TOUCHES ON THE CONCRETE. I AM TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT AND THE PROCESS.

HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE TEAR OUT WAS DONE ON ONE DAY AND THE CONCRETE POURING THE NEXT. HE CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO DO REPAIR WORK TO THE GRASS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY. IT LOOKS GREAT AND THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE WITH THE OTHERS .

CARLOS IS EXTREMELY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE IMMEDIATELY RETURNED MY INITIAL CALL AND ARRANGED A MEETING TIME. AFTER RECEIVING THE QUOTE WE DECIDED TO REMOVE THE 2 SHOWER WALLS WHICH ALSO WERE TILE EMBEDDED IN CONCRETE. CARLOS ACCEPTED THE ADDITIONAL WORK AND GAVE US A REVISED QUOTE. COMPLETION OF THE FLOOR WORK ULTIMATELY REQUIRED ADDITIONAL FUNDS AND A SECOND CALL, DUE TO CONFUSION ABOUT WHAT WAS UNDER THE 1ST LAYER OF CONCRETE (IT WAS A SECOND LAYER OF CONCRETE, BUT CR CONCRETE'S EMPLOYEE THOUGHT IT WAS WOOD). SINCE OUR ORIGINAL REQUEST WAS TO 'REMOVE THE CONCRETE FLOOR' THE ADDITIONAL COST (WHICH WASN'T MUCH, JUST NOT ORIGINALLY BUDGETED) IS REFLECTED IN THE 'B' PRICE GRADE. CARLOS DID PROMPTLY RETURN WITHIN 2 DAYS TO REMOVE THE SECOND LAYER. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL TO ENSURE THAT PIECES OF CONCRETE DIDN'T FALL THROUGH THE FLOOR INTO THE DINING ROOM CABINETS BELOW (FOR WHICH I'M QUITE THANKFUL!) I AM CONSIDERING USING THEM AGAIN FOR FUTURE SIDEWALK WORK.

CALLED AND CAME AS SCHEDULED. CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY ONSITE THE BLOCKING OF THE AREA FOR THE BACK PATIO. MADE ADJUSTMENT TO ESTIMATE FOR A SMALL AREA THAT CEMENT WAS NOT POURED.

VERY GOOD! RESPONDED TO THE PHONE CALL RIGHT AWAY. ALTHOUGH THE ORIGINAL DATE OF REPAIR WAS GOING TO BE LATER IN THE SUMMER, HE CALLED US AFTER A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION TO MOVE OUR DATE UP. THEY REMOVED ALL DEBRIS, AND OTHER THAN A FEW VERY SMALL SPOTS OF GRASS THAT WERE RUN OVER, YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE KNOWN THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE WITH A MINI BOBCAT TEARING UP CONCRETE! THE REPAIR LOOKS GREAT, AND I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

ALL THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE, POLITE, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON EVERYTHING THEY DID. I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING TO HAVE SOME QUALITY WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
