CORE Inspection inspected my house before I purchased it. The house is 89 years old and had been vacant for four years. The house was in rough conditions, but this didn't discourage CORE Inspections from doing the job. They were very professional and thorough. My plans for the home were to rehab it through a 203K loan and I found CORE's inspection report to be a useful tool to use when making decisions on what repairs needed to be done first. Mr. White and his son were very extremely nice and never made me feel nuts about wanting to buy the house and taking on such a large project. Instead, they made sure I knew all of their concerns, but they also made a point to let me know what was great about the house. My experience with CORE Inspection was wonderful, and I look forward to inviting them back to the house when the work is all done.
