Mark Delzell came in and he didn't even charged me a weekend fee, I highly recommend this company, quality people, quality work, the best company in the world. He's professional, on time and I want everyone I care about to use him because they were great.

He came while I was at work.I trusted him to be in my house alone..Came home to warm house, heated air coming through my vents.

Wonderful. The inspection was thorough and Mr. Delzell was obviously VERY knowledgeable about heating systems in old homes. In addition he trained me on how to perform maintenance and troubleshoot problems. He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was working. We discussed how the system could be enlarged if I add an addition to the house. When that day comes I would certainly want him to do the work. I'll be contacting them again this fall for the next routine system check.

Excellent service!!!!

In the winter of 2009, I used this company to fix my heater, which was blowing air but not heating. Mark (I think) was very helpful and explained that the mother board had gone bad, but he was able to provide a new one quickly. He also taught us a few things about the unit, so we felt better knowing he'd had experience with that model before. The next summer, however, the A/C didn't work. We had some trouble getting Mark to come back as he was on a large commercial job at the time, so we sweated for a few days. We he did come, he admitted that he had installed the mother board incorrectly and fixed it for free. We haven't had any trouble since then (as of March 2011), and I would still call him first if we had another issue.

I love him. I have used him at least once a year every year for the last ten years. He is prompt and I have referred him to other people who he has been just as good for. I told a coworker about him when her heat went out during the winter and he came right out and fixed the problem for under $200. He is just wonderful. He keeps the contacts clean, checks it over really well, and makes sure everything is set the way it is supposed to be. His wife is the person that makes the appointments and I've been talking to her well enough that she knows who I am. When he comes out once a year, nothing wrong happens and it works like a charm.

I originally was only going to have the AC installed. Mark talked about energy tax rebates. It made sense financially to get a high efficiency furnace installed at this time. Mark is very honest. He said my furnace did not need to be replaced at this time. He gave a clear explanation of tax energy rebates available this year and next year. The old furnace was so noisy especially when it kicked on and it constantly rattled. I love my new furnace and AC. VERY quiet. I appreciate that Mark left the furnace and AC manuals behind. He called later to remind me to subscribe to warranty online for furnace and AC.
