Due to my work schedule, I need folks to work on Saturdays. After trying 5 plumbers found on Angie's List who didn't want to work on Saturday, I tried Madison (from a classified ad). Happy to discover them on Angie's List after all. I called on Thursday, and Carl was able to work on Saturday morning. His work window was 8-11, but he didn't call until after 11, which was a bit disappointing. However, when he arrived, he got right to work and figured out the problem. I went to a local home improvement store to buy a faucet while he went to another appointment. He promptly returned, installed the faucet, and cleaned up. He explained every step of the process and was courteous to explain answers to questions. I highly recommend this plumber.

The Madison crew arrived at the site and assessed the job and looked over the new toilets. They then started to remove the old toilets, but made sure that one of the three units was available during the project. I was replacing three old one piece Kohler units with new 1.6 gpf American Standard toilets. Two of the three were two-piece units and the third was a one piece unit. I also purchased new 20and quot; water feed lines because the new toilets were much higher than the old ones.
Installing the faucet in the pedestal bathroom sink turned out to be a much more complicated job than I expected. The crew spent more time than they expected to do that particular job.
The crew cleaned the floors before installing the toilets and then chalked around the base of the units once they were installed. They did an outstanding job and I would definitely use them in the future!
I was introduced to Madison Plumbing through the Amazon.com installation service called and quot;DIFY Networkand quot;. I originally ordered the toilets through Amazon.com. I noticed that an installation service was an option and a price was given for installing a toilet and a price was given for installing the new faucet. It was the first time I used this installation service and it was the first time Madison Plumbing had used this service.

He brought a helper with him the second time and charged for two people. The work was ok. I thought I was overcharged for this since it was just a one man job.

I've used this comapny before and once again found that they provide a high level of customer service and do qulaity work. I was pleased that everything went so well.

Service is not good, they are not professional.

My experience has been very good. They arrived on time. We will be using them for another side project.

Carl came out and was very polite and helpful. I was impressed with his references and decided to hire his company. The crew he sent out was very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our family. The work was done efficiently and ahead of schedule. It is nice to have access to our bathroom again!!!

It all started with water in basement. C***! Not knowing what to do, I called Carl at Madison Plumbing. He had installed a bath drain for me before and I liked dealing with him and respected his opinion. He was out to dinner on a Friday night and came over as soon as he was done. Within minutes he and his associate diagnosed the problem - cracked dishwasher basin leak. Long story short - this snowballed into a full kitchen gut/remodel. Carl and two of his associates came out and performed all of the work described above in a relatively short amount of time. While doing the kitchen work, they discovered a pipe in very poor condition due to swelling when it had probably frozen one winter. They replaced it and even put a shutoff valve to prevent it from happening again. After dealing with many different subcontractors throughout my kitchen remodel, it's refreshing to work with Madison because they are very professional, efficient, and easy to talk with. Definitely will be hiring them again when remodel the bathroom down the road.

Carl and his associate were on time, neat, and pleasant to work with.
