I was very satisfied with C & C from the beginning. They were quick to return my phone calls and helpful with there advice.

Introduced personally by a painter friend, in a restaurant, to Bob Canei; owner of C and C Associates. C & C Associates is A.K.A Canei Roofing & Construction, LLC. Mr. Canei aggreed to come and inspect my soffet for water damage. There was no damage, as varified by another estimate. I am pleased that he secured loose shingles, that I did not know were loose. Mr. Canei call and said the the soffet was okay and they noticed that I had a few loose shingles; could they secure the singles. I said yes. Work was done and I was mailed an invoice for $85. Transaction and work were done professionally.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THE BOSS WAS NOT VERY ORGANIZED. COMMUNICATIONS WERE NOT AS PROMPT AND CLEAR AS THEY SHOULD BE.

C & C DID A REALLY GOOD JOB ON THE SERVICES WE REQUESTED. THEY WERE GREAT ABOUT EXPLAINING THE COSTS INVOLVED AND ANY CHANGES TO THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATES. TODD, MY MAIN CONTACT, WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL IN DISCUSSING WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THE APPROXIMATE TIMELINE.

THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE SUBCONTRACTORS THEY HIRED TO DO THIS JOB. UNABLE TO BRING A CONCLUSION TO THIS PROJECT. I WAS UNABLE TO GET SPECIFIC REQUESTS DONE, THEY ALWAYS INSISTED ON THEIR DESIGNING THE WAY THEY CHOSE TO DO IT, THUS THE JOB IS BOTCHED AND LOOKS LIKE IT. IN ADDITION TO NOT BEING FINISHED, AND YES THERE ARE ARCHITECT PLANS.
