They have great service. The staff is very attentive, friendly and made us feel real comfortable. The service was quick, did not take all day and was great.

They were eventually able to fix the issue. I'd complained about the problem earlier in the year and they replaced a seal in the pan but it was still leaking. They replaced the seal again at no charge. Unfortunately that didn't fix the leak, so we replaced the pan - I only had to pay for the part, not the labor. We went on vacation and when we got back I found indication that the leak was still there. I went back to them and they were finally able to fix the problem but only charged me for labor because they had to remove the timing belt to get to the problem, but I'd recently replaced the timing belt. They worked with me to keep the price reasonable.
They never try to sell me anything I don't need. They do the best they can to get any problem fixed right and treat me fairly with pricing on repairs, especially if I have to come back. If they have to keep the car for few hours they'll drive me home and pick me up again when it's completed so I don't have sit and wait. In fact I don't want to buy a new because I want to keep working with this dealership.

We've bought from Byers Toyota before.

It is where I bought my last three cars. I find that for an auto dealer they are pretty darn honest and reliable. I am very satisfied with them. I have been dealing with them since 2005 and I went back a second and third time because I liked them. They are very patient and they take their time to answer my questions. They don't expect me to be a dummy because I'm a woman. They are really good and they are not high pressure. I went to buy a late model 2011 and came home with a 2012 so they must be pretty good.

The experience has been good and I will use him again in the future.

I felt that the price was good. I have been using them for a while. They are very personable. They have a very nice setup down there. There's a customer waiting area with coffee, muffins, and a TV. I would definitely recommend them.

I trust the mechanics and they will not sell me anything that I don't need. I have gone to this garage prior to 1995 and they have always done a great job on all of my cars. They always give me the applicable discounts. My oil changes come back without leaks, drips, or mess on my garage floor. Eric looks after me. They have a good reputation with my friends and my parents.

I had tried to get this repaired at a different Toyota shop and they said they could not repair it, so I took it to Byer's who were able to. It went beautifully. The repairs were done within two hours.

We were given an estimate of $2,200 to replace a pressure module valve which was suppose to be leaking. This included 15 hours labor. I called several other automotive repair stores and none would charge 15 hours labor to replace this part. I picked up the truck and took it to another auto repair place. The only thing wrong with the truck was one hydraulic line on the ABS controller was loose and leaking fluid. This line was tightened and the leak is gone. Total cost $87.00. I think Byers Delaware purposely misdiagnosed the problem. I am very suspicious of this because Byers also replaced a battery in our truck which was less than 1 year old. My husband was out of town and I didn't realize the battery was so new. Byers told me that I needed a new one so I had them replace it. Most likely it was just a loose cable on the battery.
