 + -1 moreWe really enjoyed working with Bundle of Joy. We used them for the first three months after our daughter was born in 2014. We gave them a B for Punctuality because there were a few weeks that the delivery was late (by a couple of hours) and we were scrambling for clean diapers. They went through some sort of re-organization and needed to pause service while they re-grouped and changed their pricing. At that point, we decided to take over the cloth diaper cleaning ourselves. But while we used their service, we were very happy with them!
Description of Work: Cloth diaper laundering services. We used prefold diapers and they would deliver a clean stack of diapers to us weekly and we would send back the dirty ones.

 + -1 moreWas trying to rent a car seat for a 2 year old visitor. They were listed under the category of baby equipment rental. Attempted to contact over a dozen times over the course of a week. Always got the and ldquo;We're not available, please leave a message response. Left a couple messages. And requested they not call after 6 p.m. It's been over two weeks and have yet to get a response of any type.
Description of Work: Attempted to contact them; no services performed.

 + -1 moreThis company did an amazing job, from communication to the clean diapers - everything was perfect. If you want to help mother earth out and not get your hands dirty, this is the way to go!
Description of Work: For the past year I have used this cloth diaper service. Each week I get a new wet bag of cloth diapers (the amount has changed as my baby grew) and I also rented covers, a bin and items I needed to cloth diaper my baby.
