DANIEL WORKED WITH ME TO GET MY CARPET INSTALLED BEFORE MY VACATION WAS OVER. HE WAS VERY NICE, AND ALWAYS RETURNED MY CALLS. THE MEN WHO CAME OUT TO LAY THE CARPET WERE ON TIME, POLITE, AND MADE SURE I DID A WALK THROUGH BEFORE THEY LEFT. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE ABLE TO DO REPAIR WORK ON A PIECE OF CARPET THAT WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM THEIR STORE, SOME PLACES WON'T DO THAT FOR YOU. IT WAS A PRETTY SIMPLE JOB THAT THEY DID IN A TIMELY MANNER.

HAD CARPET INSTALLED IN A SMALL ROOM SO I WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE A REMNANT AND SAVE SOME MONEY. SALES PERSON WAS HELPFUL AND INSTALLERS DID A GOOD JOB. SALES PERSON WAS ALSO HELPFUL WHEN DISCUSSING OPTIONS FOR NEW KITCHEN FLOOR.

THE GUY WOULD COME ONE DAY, AND THEN MAYBE NOT AGAIN FOR 4 OR 5 DAYS, SO THE WORK WAS VERY INCONSISTENT AND TOOK A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE. IF YOU USE THEM, MAKE SURE THE PERSON IS GOING TO COME AND COMPLETE THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO COMPLETE MY JOB.
