Buckeye State Cleaning Services

We had Buckeye State Cleaning Services clean our apartment today. When the cleaners left I noticed our tv stand still had lots of dust on it. So i notified the owner Daniel Garcia who offered for them to come back and dust it. I said no thank you and moved on. Later that day we noticed that there was a dirty soiled cleaning rag left on top of our clean clothes that we had folded on a shelf. I also let the owner Daniel know about this. His was response was extremely unprofessional. He said "your place was pretty bad and my cleaners transformed your place and youre making a big deal about a rag?" I will say also he sent me $50 back but after his insulting unprofessional response I would prefer a professional accomodating reply instead of any money back. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for a cleaning service.

Superb job in every way!

Buckeye State Cleaning was professional, on time and services provided were exceptional. Two person crew cleaned 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and entire main floor (kitchen, family room, dining room, living room, mudroom). The house was clean, organized and exceeded our expectations. Would strongly recommend and would definitely utilize Buckeye State Cleaning again.

Cleaners were professional, thorough, careful, and kind. And they worked every minute they were here. I would hire them again anytime, and plan to have them come out once a month to do the cleaning I find more difficult to do as I get older. Extremely pleased with their services.

The cleaning went very very well I use them for almost a year and then I had to stop because my job cut ours because of the covic. Well we're back to work again. And I'm back to hiring this wonderful company?

I have never used a cleaning service before as I always preferred to do it myself. I also was a bit skeptical as I am not the most trustworthy with strangers in my home cleaning. However, Buckeye State Cleaning Services has proven to me not only can they do a better job than me cleaning but I can trust them in my home. Great company and very well priced. I would not use anyone else.

This is the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had!!! They dust the walls and ceiling, clean sliding glass doors and the inside of the microwave, etc...things that other services miss. I highly recommend Buckeye State Cleaning Services!!!

I have a team from Buckeye State every 2 weeks. They are consistently efficient and thorough. They are serious about disinfecting bathrooms. They follow medical protocols with masks & gloves. If I need an additional service added (like loading heavy laundry into or out of my car for laundromat) they are right on it. If I need to have oven wiped out after auto- clean cycle they do a great job. The cost is reasonable.

I hired Buckeye State Cleaning to clean my condominium. The cleaners were professional, polite and very efficient. I am going to hire Buckeye State for regular cleanings. Additionally, a problem arose when one of the cleaners accidentally caused a problem due to their unfamiliarity with my condominium. Daniel, the owner of Buckeye State, came back twice to make certain that the problem was corrected at no extra charge. Please consider hiring Buckeye State Cleaning for a thorough job at a good price.

The owner was extremely courteous and responsive. He kept in contact with us from the point of booking until his team was finishing up. the cleaning crew that arrived was prompt, friendly, and very professional. they did such an amazing job that we are already planning to use Buckeye State Cleaning again in the future.

These folks were great! The cleaning crew arrived on time, they were pleasant and they worked hard and, best of all, efficiently. Our house shines! One of the workers feared she'd broken a mullion cleaning a window (she hadn't, it was just loose) and made a point of both telling me and showing me. I deeply appreciate her honesty and professionalism. I will use these folks in the future and highly recommend them.

By far, the best cleaners I've ever hired. They washed and scrubbed in places that I never clean. They made our appliances look brand new again. I signed up for bi-weekly service. They are a bit pricey, but worth every penny!

Things went smoothly. Ladies were on time and got right to work. I explained a little bit about what I expected and then left them to do the work. Returned a couple hours later and the house was immaculate. I would definitely recommend this company.

This company is what all companies should be about. I contacted Daniel about services and he replied within a couple of hours. A couple of e-mails later and we scheduled exactly what we needed. The staff showed up on time and were meticulous with their cleaning duties. We were amazed by the amount of work they got done in 3 hours We didn't think it was possible to get the shine back in some of our appliances. We were wrong! I would 100% recommend and plan on using them again in the future.

They do a good job of cleaning with a smile. Never had a problem with them and pleased with the results.
