Buckeye Movers

Awful experience. Hired 4 guys for 6 hours. Movers were late. Ray (owner) did communicate that they were running late and he would send an extra guy. Very early in the move they stacked a few boxes incorrectly (heavy large tote on top of small boxes marked glass). All fell breaking several glass baking dishes and a plastic tote. Paid extra for piano move. These guys had no clue how to move a piano. When moving my dresser they ripped out a drawer not intended for removal, breaking it. Also seemed to have no experience disassembling sectional. It is fastened together. One of the fastens is now damaged. Didn't disconnect washer and dryer prior to attempting to move. I had to ask them to stop and shut of water and unplug them first. They did not have a way to disconnect hoses so my neighbor came over and did it. I was VERY unhappy. Once they finished loading I told them we didn't want any more help. The boss called and wanted to know how I knew they broke my belongings! After some discussion he sent us a new crew to unload at our destination. They were better but still managed to break my screen door. Also my husband's phone charger disappeared from a table during this move. Owner did try to correct the situation but his people are inexperienced and unprofessional. I will never ever call this company again for moving help since the help is inconsistent.

Buckeye movers stepped in after my original movers (Huffy Movers) were 3 hours late and eventually canceled. Buckeye was prompt, great with communication and just got the job done when we were really in a pinch. I am changing my future move out of the storage unit to use Buckeye.

The two movers showed up about 15 minutes late. They were very slow in loading stuff on the truck. They did not seem to be experienced. We also had requested that they bring something to load a washer and dryer. They had no tools to move them. After 2 hours half the stuff was not loaded, they refused to load the washer on the truck because they said the washer door would not stay shut and it was damaged (they caused the damage). We were left with half the work left to be done. The did not load the truck very well. When the movers at the destination saw the way the truck was loaded they stated they clearly did not know what they were doing. Do not use this company!!

Excellent job. I highly recommend them. The movers were very professional and fun. They made a difficult job more pleasant.

The move was great! Excellent service for a reasonable price. My movers did such a good job I gave them a nice tip as well!
