Buckeye Countertops was supposed to build & install a countertop for us. A Mr. Frost came out and took measurements. That is when the problems started. 3 weeks later, a crew brought out the built countertop for installation (Frost wasn't present). It didn't fit. It was not even close! 3 more weeks and a new countertop is delivered. It fits, but a few weeks after the installation, I notice some uneven seams. Mr. Frost promises to come out and repair it. He NEVER shows! We rescheduled his visit over half a dozen times. The last time I spoke with him was before the Dec holidays (2007). I spoke to him regarding these repeated no-shows. He told me he was swamped until Jan. We set a date of 7JAN08 for him to call & come out to the house. By this time, there is also bubbling underneath the laminate where the glue hasn't held. Not any surprise, but Mr. Frost and Buckeye Countertops once again failed to follow-up. They have my $$ and now don't care. Totally unreliable!
Description of Work: Buckeye Countertops was supposed to custom build and install a countertop. The installed countertop has uneven seams and the laminate is lifting up. Buckeye countertops have promised to fix the problem multiple times, but they never show. BEWARE!
