They did a nice job on my roof. It started raining and they put the tarps down but failed to seal around my chimney and water came into the drywall and damaged my insulation. They also scratched my aluminum siding by the garage and I had to repaint it myself. They said they would straighten my gutters out and they left cracks from bad damage. They didn’t pick up all of the nails and I am still finding them in my driveway and other pieces left. They failed to do other things that they had promised. He also gave me an initial quote for $6100 and the appraiser came out and appraised the damaged to be $7600, Mr. Brown then changed his appraisal to $6900. The waste amount ended up being four bundles of shingles after they were finished with the roof. They only left me with one of the three bundles which I had paid $44 a bundle for and has told me that he will repay me for this material, however, I have yet to recieve the refund.
