I was getting my condo ready for sale and was referred to Thomas Luff by a friends. His communication was very prompt and professional and his estimates sounded very fair to me, someone who does not have much experience with this sort of thing. Thomas went to the store with me, pointed out different material options at different price points, and explained the pros and cons of using each. He left the decision to me in a very nice way. In actually doing the work he was very thorough and also made sure the cosmetic aspect was perfect. After the work was all complete, I noticed that he had cleaned up after himself and there was barely a speck of dust where he had done the work. I would definitely offer him future jobs.
