Breezeline

This company bought out WOW internet services. I never had a problem with WOW's internet service. If I did have a problem, I would call and get great customer service and my issues were always solved. Since Breezeline took over, it was nothing but issues after issues. I would have to wait long periods of time before I would get someone to talk to about the issues and then they would hang up on me and never call me back. I called at least 4 times about my slow speed and again I was hung up on and one lady sounded like she was drunk. People were screaming in the background and too noisy for me to hear her. I lost internet for 4 days because they said there was an outage. They didn't inform me that it was fixed and I still didn't have service. The stated that no one could come to fix the problem until July 5th. When July 5th came, no one showed up to do the service. I called about this and they said the tech rescheduled the service for July 12th. I was not informed about this change through a phone call, texted or email. I was done with Breezeline. I had been without service over a week. Thank goodness I didn't work from home. I call Spectrum to begin new service. I called Breezeline on the July 11th to cancel my internet service. They did this within 15 minutes. Spectrum came July 11th at 12:00 on time and very nice workers. I haven't had a problem since July 11th. Now, July 12th, a tech from Breezeline came to fix my issue. I said they didn't even tell you I cancelled my service with them. That is how bad their service is. Won't even talk to their workers. SO GLAD TO BE DONE WITH BREEZELINE.
