They have been great. They have taken care of all our cars, are very friendly and personable. We would highly recommend them.

I've been going there for ever since they open, thirty years maybe they've given me excellent work every single time they save me a lot of money over the years.

When I took it in, they looked at it and said the brakes were all fine and did not need any replacement at all. They had to adjust it and re-calibrate it and within $50 I was done. Very honest and upfront folks. This was the first time I went there and certainly wouldn't be the last!

I've had vehicles serviced at Boyd Bethel for a decade and have always received great and honest service.  Their pricing for tires is competitive and includes free rotation and air adjustments for the life of the tires.  More importantly, the cost of repair services is about 70% of the dealer pricing and the work has always been excellent.  Once they told me to try to solve a small leak by adding a product.  Another time, they replaced brake parts for free because it hadn't been a year since the last repair.  On another occasion they told me a service I thought was needed really wasn't.  I have learned to trust them.

they took me in right on time and took a bit longer then the local "jiffy" places but they made some recomendations for things that needed work. I didn't do the brakes there but did have the work done later so I apprectiated their inspection.

They are excellent! I've been using Boyd's Goodyear for quite some time and I'm very happy with their service. They're honest. If something doesn't need to be fixed, they don't charge you and give it back to you and tell you that it doesn't need to be fixed.

We highly recommended Boyd's Bethel Centre Goodyear. We have used this Goodyear location for years, both back when they were BoyRad, and during the past four or five years since the sale to Boyd's (I mention this because another reviewer said they went downhill after the sale and the management changed - we strongly disagree). We've found them to be very honest and straightforward. They do quality work, are flexible, and finish when they tell you they will. We've had thousands of dollars of tires, brakes and engine work done here on multiple cars during the past few years. They have always "done the right thing", and have pleasantly surprised us more than once, including several situations where they absolutely could have overcharged us, yet didn't. Larry, Tyler and the whole team are genuinely good folks, have been at this location for years, and we HIGHLY recommend them. We know numerous other people in our neighborhood who also say the same thing about Boyd's Bethel Goodyear - "they're honest"...

I had gotten my water pump replaced at a different place and I went to Boyd's Bethel to get an oil change. The guy there told me that I had to change the water pump since it was leaking. He was also trying to see me other things. Then I complained to the manager, and he checked and told me that I did not need a new water pump. Then I got a three page list of things that needed to be done and that my car was in critical condition. My husband also takes his car there and this does not happen with him. I think they tried to con me because I am a female. They used to be a good place until they were bought by different people. Since then it is never the same. I think that when they do a job they do a good job. They are very punctual though.

It went very well. They had to take the door apart and while doing this is broke a part and they fixed it the next day when the part came in at no additional charge. I have been using their services for the last three to four years.

They are very efficient. Their costs are very fair. Their overall work is very good as well. They got the job done really quickly, which was greatly appreciated.

This is the latest repair that Larry and his crew have done on my three vehicles and my parent's two cars. We have been using Larry for many years now (we followed him from his previous employer). Over the years, I have found him to be very knowledgeable, extremely honest, and very fast.

My check engine light came on while I was driving. I happened to see Boyds Goodyear nearby, so I stopped by and asked for their help. They performed computer diagnostics and found that the throttle position sensor was faulty. They reset the sensor but told me if the check engine light came back on, the sensor would need to be replaced. A week later, the light came on again. I made an appointment to have the part replaced, and I was in and out within about an hour. The amount paid was for the computer diagnostic service as well as parts and labor for the repair.

SADLY I MUST RETRACT MY PREVIOUS GLOWING REPORT ON THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE CHANGED HANDS AND HAVE GONE FROM RELIABLE, HONEST, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED TO GREEDY, DISHONEST & UNTRUSTWORTHY. SAME MECHANICS SO WORK DONE IS OK, BUT NEW MGMNT. SO BIG CHANGE IN BUSINESS PRACTICES. I BECAME SUSPICIOUS WHEN TOLD WATER PUMP & TIMING BELT NEEDED REPLACEMENT SO I CHECKED WITH NAPA ON PARTS COST. WHEN I PICKED CAR UP I ASKED FOR A PRICE BREAK ON PUMP & BELT DUE TO ALREADY HIGH BILL. THEY SAID NO. I ASKED THEIR COST OF PARTS. THEY LIED & QUOTED MORE THAN DOUBLE WHAT NAPA TOLD ME. WHEN CONFRONTED, THEY SAID NAPA PROBABLY QUOTED REBUILT PARTS. TIMING BELTS ARE NEVER REBUILT. DUE TO MY COMPLAINTS, THEY OFFERED %10 DISCOUNT ON BILL (STILL NOT AS MUCH AS DIFFERENCE ON NAPA QUOTED PRICE ON JUST THE 2 PARTS I CHECKED). DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. THEY ARE NOW RIPOFF ARTISTS. I WONT GO BACK & IVE ADVISED MY FRIENDS & RELATIVES TO STOP GOING THERE. YOU CANT TRUST THEM LIKE YOU COULD TRUST GR

THEY ARE A TIRE PLACE, I ASKED THEM TO CHECK MY TIRES TO SEE IF I NEEDED NEW TIRES. THEY WERE VERY HONEST, THEY TOLD ME MY TIRES ARE STILL GOOD AND THEY DIDNT TRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DIDNT NEED. THEY ALSO DID EXCELLENT WORK IN RESOLVING THE OTHER ISSUES WITH MY CAR. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
