Originally we hired Boscoe, because we needed someone to come out and work on our booster fan. The Boscoe rep told us we needed to purchase a new one. They said we could pay extra to have it overnighted and they would install it tomorrow afternoon as soon as it arrived. Three days later when they came to install it, we had to argue with them that we shouldn?t have to pay the additional over night fee as it didn?t come in over night. Once it was received they told us we had to call an electrician to bypass the on off switch since it had an automatic sensor that would turn off and on when needed. Once we got the electrician to bypass the switch, the booster fan ran continuously. We called the electrician that said we needed to call Boscoe. We called and schedule a rep to come out. I never heard any details after the appointment, so I called back. The representative said he would check with his crew, but he was pretty sure it was fixed. I never heard back from him. The next time I arrived before anyone, I noticed it was still running. I called Boscoe and said the problem was not fixed. They promised to have someone out on Friday. No one showed on Friday, so I called again the next week. Boscoe?s scheduling is only done by one person. I left a message and did not get a call back. I started to call multiple times a week and the receptionist keeps telling me he is out, and will be in later that afternoon. One day after three weeks of the receptionist telling me his is out a man answers the phone and says the guy has been out of town for weeks, but is coming back tomorrow. I still never heard from him. I have been calling for over a month now, but they no longer answer or return my calls. This company does not complete work in agreed time frames, nor do they support their work when there are complications.
Description of Work: They removed an old booster fan and sold us/installed a new one, to help blow the exhaust from our clothes dryer out of the building we live in.
