The price is very reasonable. We have had different sized carpets taken to them. They have always done a nice job. We have a carpet getting ready to go down to them right now. It usually takes them a few days; not long at all. They are very nice. We have used them for a few years.

I have my throw rugs regularly cleaned by Martin's and have for years. I have no complaints other than they are supposed to call when the rugs are ready and more often than not, I don't receive a call.

Very well. Fully explained what they would perform. Work was completed 1 week ahead of schedule. I was very happy with how they turned out and with the pad I purchased. Would definately recommend them to others and use them again.

UPDATE: The owner called and was very nice. he explained that the temporary foul smell was due to wetting the glue backing. He offered to re-clean the carpet with them picking it up and to refund the total amount paid. I refused; instead agreed to only paying what I had originally been quoted. The check came so fast. This was a very nice surprise. I will use them again. ORIGINAL ENTRY: Not good! I was quoted ~$75.00 which included a discount coupon and an elderly person discount. I was shocked when I picked it up and found the price to be much higher. There really was no good explanation. I paid the money and took it home. The rug smells sourish. Like it had been rolled while still damp. I sprayed it with lots of Febreeze rather than take the 8x10 rug back to the company. Bad experience.
