When the flowers were delivered on Mother's Day. I was looking at them the next day, and they didn't look very good. It looked as if someone had hurriedly put the bouquet together. I took them back to the store the next day. The woman told me that what I received was the cheaper version than what my daughter's saw on line. The woman who spoke with me at the store was not apologetic. I wanted a refund for my daughter's account. They told me that they could bring me a bouquet out the next day. They sent me that bouquet and it still did not look much better. I called and spoke with the manager, who was the man who delivered the flowers in the first place. He was also not very apologetic as well. They didn't offer to do any more about it after that. Essentially, what they advertised, which is what my daughter's saw, was not what they delivered.

I should have known something was wrong when I went to the shop and ordered the flowers. The lady who attempted to help me didn't know how to wait on me and was continually asking for assistance from a man who I assumed was a co-worker. He obviously is totally incompetent as well. I ordered roses and got a flower arrangement. They promised a morning delivery and it was delivered in the afternoon. I wrote a meaningful note that was missing from the arrangement. THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHO SENT THEM THE FLOWERS!!!! It just spoiled the whole occasion! I was embarrased and humiliated!!! Don't trust these incompetent stooges.

The flower arrangement was not in the vase shown on line, not even the same shape at all and no bow. The container they used changed the whole look of the arrangement to me and I did not like it. The flowers had some white, when it was all supposed to be shades of pink. It did have pink roses, one was pink and white. One rose was in bud, one was out and one was way out and had brown on the edge of petals - it was clearly past it's prime. I was very disappointed. I know they say on line the florist can substitute but the vase they used was one of the most ugly vases I have ever seen.

Flowers were beautiful, however only 11 roses in arrangement. Called florist, offered to credit 4.00 for one rose or deliver another single rose on Monday (order delivered on Saturday). Declined offer to deliver, and countered that 4.00 didn't seem like much of a discount. Person on line then countered that maybe the delivery driver broke one and took it out of the arrangement as their designer was positive there was 12 roses when the arrangement left. The roses were wrapped quite tightly in cellophane. I don't believe for one minute that the driver did such a thing. They offered to take the arrangement back and because of the attitude of the person on the phone, I took them up on it. Probably would have just kept the arrangement and taken the credit, but when she tried to point the finger at someone else and not apologize for the mistake, I was done--extremely unprofessional way to handle a complaint.

I figured out that it is not always about the gift, but also the experience. For Mother's day, I brought my wife to the flower shop and had her pick out her dream flower arrangement. She had a fabulous time, and I earned huge points with the wife. It was expensive, but it was well worth the money.

FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL, GENEROUS QUANTITY OF FLOWERS, AND WELL ARRANGED. I'VE GOTTEN FLOWERS FROM THERE BEFORE. ALWAYS EXCELLENT.
