Blind Gallery And More

On August 17, 2010 Blind Gallery and More came to my house to measure for vertical blinds. I had told Mike that I wanted to replace what I presently had hanging whcih was vertical blinds. He measured and I submitted half of the cost of the blinds per his request. When Mike came to install the blinds, he had the wrong blinds and advised me that they (BG&M) did not do vertical blinds. Why he didn't tell me this at the time of measurement in August I don't know. He left without installing any blinds. I wanted the owner to call me. She called and advised she could order my vertical blinds. We had Mike return to my house for re-measurement. That was at the beginning of October. It is now almost December and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have left 3-4 messages a week for last three weeks with no response. I am tired of not getting call backs. I finally reached someone on Nov 22 who told me all she could do was take a message. I told her I better get a call back the next day or I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. Well, here it is November 23 with no call back. My advise to anyone who wants to or is considering using Blind Gallery and More. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL NOT SERVICE YOU. RUN WHILE YOU CAN........
