I HAVE NEVER FELT SO RIPPED OFF! We went there because the BMW X3 wouldn't start. They said it was an issue of hoses - 450 dollars!!! But guess what, that wasn't it! We went back, they said it was the alternator (even though we just replaced it twice, they said both must have been faulty),so they fixed it - 700 dollars!!! Oh but guess what, that wasn't it either. We find out it's the starter, they claim its a separate issue and want 600 dollars for it. Not trusting them again. If you love blowing away your money, this is the place for you!

Repair was successful but expensive.

And they are excellent all the way down the road. So we keep going back for years.

It went well, i called the Livingston Ave location on a Monday morning before a busy holiday weekend. I described what I needed and asked when I could come in after work that week. He (Greg) said: you tell me". So I offered that afternoon which worked for them. The install and programming took about 30mins once they got the car in the shop and was on my way after about a total of an hour (had to wait a bit before the service). I was charged what the estimate was. I have been to the Riverside Drive location on two previous occasions and as some reviewers have mentioned, that location can be very busy.

They know what they are doing but they are so busy that it takes forever sometimes. I like the people, the installers and the managers know what they are doing and do the job right.

Very professional and thorough. Operation was organized and relatively clean. People were very informative, conscientious , honest and sincere. I was worried that my 2002 Passat would not drive well again after all this repair work , but I was obviously paranoid because my car still drives like new. I'm very thankful for Matt, Henry,Sarah, Rick and Blagoi's International Auto repair service.

I used the (original, I think) Livingston Ave. location. They did what they were supposed to do, everything worked OK.

Great, car is driving like new, and at the fraction of price from dealer.  I will always prefer and trust Blagois over the dealer.

I was referred to this business because it was said to be "much cheaper than the dealer." I'm not sure that is true for this particular job (almost $1000) but they did the work in just a few hours (I expected it to take several days) and the system is working perfectly. They inspected the entire car and made reccomendations for items needed now, and items that would be coming up in the next year or so that should be rechecked and/or for preventive maintenance. They are very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. I would go back again (and have, for advice) but I think I should have checked with a radiator shop before authorizing the work.

They did a great job, will definitely recommend to others.

I can't say enough about Blagois.  Have been having them exclusively service my X5 since I purchased it in late Summer of 2011 and could not be happier.  Sara and Henry are thorough, professional and honest.  If I sold this vehicle I would want to purchase anotheer European model just so they could service it!  Of course the service is expensive but I knew what I was signing up for when I bought a BMW.  They're certainly competitive, though, and I never feel like I'm being "upsold" or overchaarged.

First the good: 1) They open at 7.30am and they are quick to get you in and out which is great, no waiting at the door like the dealership. 2) The people there know their cars and are technically adept unlike most other places including the BMW dealer I used to visit where the service personnel know jack about cars and are just reading from a script. 3) Their labor rates are very competitive compared to the dealership. 4) The car runs great after the service - so obviously they did a good job. Then the not so good: 1) I was disappointed that after a $1200 service, my car was not cleaned, inside or out. 2) I feel like I got "up sold" a little bit on what service I needed other than what I took the car in for. So just do your research before you drop your car off 3) Lastly, I found that I was charged a higher price than OEM rates for one of the parts used to service my car. Overall I think I would go back again and with very little changes they could easily be an A+ in my book.

the price was reasonable and they are very good with estimation.  the service was done as promised right on time.

Went great. Always very thorough and they take care to keep an eye on potential future problems.

Service at Blagoi's really couldn't be easier - we drop our car off the night before.  This is convenient for our family, though they also offer transportation if it's needed.  If the car is in for something other than routine service, then we always have a call within an hour or two of the time they open with a cost and time estimate.  They understand the importance of as little down time as possible, and when we need a part, they get it as quickly as possible.  Only once have we had to leave our car there more than a day.  Their service is over the top - once I had a problem with my ignition while at home - I called, and Henry and a service tech were in my driveway within 5 minutes and fixed the problem.  Fantastic!

It went great!  Thy fixed what needed to be fixed and were flexible on timing.  I plan to have them work on the next items on the list soon.

Called Thursday and TT Sara about the thermostat on my X5 acting screwy and she told me I could bring it in the next day.  They replaced the thermostat, changed the main engine belt, and changed the oil/filter.  They are awesome!

I wanted a BMW specialist. Saw some reviews about BMW's being worked here.I called them and told them what the car had. They schedule me the following Monday, I left the car early Monday, got a ride to work.Around noon got a call from Sarah with the estimate. I approved. By 4pm she told me that she needed to order a part and should be in by Thursday. On Wednesday she called me that all was done. Got a ride from work from a co-worker, picked up the car. Everything was great. Even a car wash. Very good and professional.

I've known Blagoi's International Car Service for a very long time. I would grade Blagoi's International Car Service an A overall without any questions asked.

They deliver over and above with their service. They are all about service and price. They are a small business. They will give you a free ride to and from their place if you need to get your tires changed. They are always very clean. They are very polite. They are comprehensive and everything they tell you. They will meet you there at 7:30 a.m. in the morning if you need to. They are very good. They are very thorough. I would use them again.

The car stranded me on a Monday.  Blagoi's said they were a little busy and could have it complete by Friday.  Sarah called with a quote on Weds or Thurs and work was completed on Friday.  Everyone was knowledgeable that we talked to and price seemed fair which included the towing price.
