We saved money with this fix and effective fix. I still can't believe how simple it was for the technician to added the sealant and freon. That actually worked great. They mentioned that if the sealant did not work, that they would even come back and apply our previous service call costs towards installing a new coil.

 Munzer arrived about 8:45 with his son and two young helpers. They finished about five hours later. He explained how to  use  the humidifier, what the new pipes were for, and the filters to use in the furnace.  However, after he returned to his office, he was checking his invoices and discovered he was given the wrong furnace.  He will return next week to install the correct  furnace which will take only two hours. This had not happened to him in twenty years.

They always do a great job, we have had them out every year since they installed our a/c 25 years ago. We highley recommend them.

I used them for years, but I don't use them anymore. He is good. Bill is very nice. I don't know whether he is still very active, but his son or son-in-law may be taking care of the company. One of the reasons I changed is that I wasn't getting any air-conditioning in a room addition that I have and he thought that it should be a certain way and I came to find out from the company that I use now that he was wrong. That's why I stopped using him but I had used him for a good three years. I didn't use him for electrical work. I didn't know he does electrical. I would not use him in the future. It's not because he is not good. I didn't have a good experience. They are very nice and wonderful people, but he told me the wrong thing. He wanted to do something that was completely unnecessary. I would not use him again but I wish him well.

I have been very satisfied with the work they do. They are always prompt and I have had them come out on short notice. He is almost like a neighbor; once I was having problems and he just dropped by after hours and worked on it. For small businesses, a lot of time they have to have the price a little higher but I am satisfied with his prices. They come when they say they are going to come and they are on-time. I use them over and over and would continue to use them.

Munzer Heating is prompt and responsive. They evaluated the performance of multiple A/C systems in our home, advised us of options and promptly executed the option we selected. Our A/C systems are working much better now.

Bill came out and repaired our heat pump for our rental property on one of the coldest days of the year for less than my other estimates. He took the time to explain "emergency heat" to us on our thermostat, which nobody had ever told us about before--we had never had electric heat before. He told us he had installed our unit when it was new, even--he had that in his records. Bill is a straight shooter who is not trying to sell things you don't need. He treats you the way you want to be treated, and takes the time to explain things so you don't feel like you're wasting your money. I will definitely use his company again!

Excellent! Good price, quality work, prompt, good clean-up, professional. We had three other quotes, his was better than two of them, matched the other.

Arrived on time, very friendly, completely work in a timely manner, wore covers on shoes to protect house, will definitely call again next year.

BILL MUNZER WAS EXCELLENT!!! WE HAD SEVERAL QUESTIONS CONCERNING REPLACING THE FURNACE HUMIDIFIER AND BILL ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. HIS SON TODD AND JEFF SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE ON TIME. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL JOB INSTALLING THE NEW UNIT AND TOOK THEIR TIME EXPLAINING THE OPERATIONS, REPLACEMENT OF FILTER, AND HUMIDISTAT SETTINGS. THEY WERE BOTH VERY HELPFUL WITH SOME HVAC QUESTIONS WE HAD AND SUGGESTIONS FOR SOLVING THEM. THEY WERE BOTH EAGER TO HELP AND EASY TO TALK TO. WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ALL OF OUR HVAC NEEDS !!! OTHER COMPANIES HAD UP FRONT ''DRIVE UP'' AND ''DIAGNOSTIC'' CHARGES JUST TO WALK IN THE DOOR. WE WROTE THEM OFF OUR LIST. BILL MUNZER GAVE ME A FIRM QUOTE FOR THE UNIT OUR HOUSE NEEDED OVER THE PHONE. I CHECKED THE MANUFACTURER WEBSITE AND KNOW I GOT A GOOD VALUE!

MR MUNZER DID A SUPER NEAT INSTALLATION OF A PROPANE HEATER. IN MY GARAGE, HIS PRIDE OF WORKMANSHIP WAS VERY EVIDENT WITH THE FINISHED JOB LOOKING AND OPERATING PERFECTLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE AND WILL DEFINITELY USE IF NEEDED AGAIN.

SERVICED FURNACE AND IT KEEPS BREAKING DOWN. THEY KEEP COMING OUT TO FIX IT AND CHARGING ME, AND IT KEEPS BREAKING DOWN. FINALLY THEY TOLD ME TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT.

INSTALL NEW AIR CONDITIONER IN HOME. MUNZER HAS 40 YEARS EXPERIENCE.

THEY DID WORK ON MY FURNACE AND A/C. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED. THEY TAUGHT ME A LOT ABOUT MY FURNACE AND I'M GLAD THEY WERE HERE TO DO THE WORK FOR ME.

PLOWED 2 DRIVES AND GAVE INITIAL ESTIMATE OF $50 TOTAL-CHG. $125 AFTER COMPLETION. HAS CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO SPEAK TO HIM ABOUT THIS, BUT HE DOESN'T RETURN HER CALLS.
