Bill Fennell's Homework

Got ripped off. Took all day to install 2 little windows in shed. Should have taken a couple of hrs. Also installed a 4x4' section of drywall without using drywall tape on seams. Got charged $600 for a few hrs of work.

He has always done good work. I have known him for a lot of years. He does fine work. He did a good job.

He came when he said he would, fixed the problem promptly and was a pleasure to work with.

Bill Fennell does all of our home repairs and as a matter of fact, he will be coming out today to fix some shower doors. We have him out pretty regularly. He does the job well but doesn’t do it particularly cheaply. If I thought he’d charge too much, I wouldn’t use him but I am paying for good service. I like that he does a good job and seems to be able to do everything we have. I think I can get the work don’t cheaply but I am willing to pay for the quality of his work. His responsiveness is fine and we would always use him. We’ve even gone on vacation and left him the keys.

We've used Bill for at least 10 years. He did an excellent job, as he always does. I trust him, and would leave a key to my home for him to work while I'm on vacation. He's not the cheapest, but he doesn't do cheap work. He cleans my gutters twice a year and does a nice job. He's done small plumbing and electrical jobs, as well as replaced our roof.

He checked to make sure the gutter was clean to the street. We thought we were going to have replace the bathroom fan but he was able to repair it. He took it down and cleaned it an oiled it and it works fine now. He has saved us money numerous times by doing simple fixes rather than replacing t hings. He repaired our duct work for $20 as opposed to an estimate we received for $300. He has never tried to cheat me.

ESTIMATE, SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID EXTRA WORK AND DIDNT CHARGE EXTRA. EVERYTHING IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH WHAT HE DID AND THE PRICE IS GOOD. SHE WENT ON AND ON.

WHEN HE WAS JUST GETTING STARTED IN HIS BUSINESS HE WAS REALLY GREAT. HE WOULD GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP US, BUT HIS WORK HAS GOTTEN SLOPPIER OVER THE YEARS AND HIS ATTITUDE IS NOT THE SAME ANYMORE EITHER. HE IS MORE ARGUMENTATIVE AND UNWILLING TO DO A LOT OF THE JOBS I ASK HIM TO DO.
