BILL'S FURNITURE CLINIC

We had a very good experience with Bill Maddox.  He is a professional with many years' experience.  When the parts were no longer available to replace a broken recliner, he fashioned replacement parts and fully repaired the seat.  Everything is like new.  He was prompt, courteous and delivered as promised.  It took a little over one week, and was well worth it.  I would definitely call on Bill again, and I highly recommend him to others.

It went great.  Bill really knows his furniture and knew the vintage and type of construction for this chair.  He came in his truck to pick it up.  We reviewed the problem.  He returned the chair a week later completely repaired.  It is wonderful.  The extra springs are great.  It is nice to sit in.  I was very happy.

Have a year old recliner and also two young kids (6 and 4). For sake of argument, let's blame them for breaking my chair.







Handle mechanism on recliner loosened and detached on a Monday night.







I tried to fix myself and had no luck. I called Bill late that evening and he actually picked up the phone and helped me out, telling me how to fix it myself.







I had no luck and wound up calling him the next day for his expertise.







He came to my house and within 45 minutes had my recliner back in business. I appreciated the heads up call when he was 30 minutes out.







He has done furniture repair for more than 50 years and is a true artisan. I would not hesitate to contact him with any of your furniture needs.







Bill is a great fellow to keep in your files in case you ever need help.

He came out to look at couch to see if he could repair it on the spot, but he could. So he took the end section of the couch and took it to his shop to repair. He returned it good as new two days later. I was very satisifed with his work and service.
