The job is adequate, but I can't even hear music coming from one of the speakers. I chose budget: I got what I paid for.

Craig is absolutely great! Gave me an estimate and scheduled my install quickly. I had bought a starter for my son's car and couldn't install it myself. I called a few other "big" companies and they charged at least twice as much and one wouldn't help me at all if I hadn't bought the starter from them. Craig's price was very fair and he is a super nice guy. Thank you Craig!

The entire process was excellent

It went really well. He wasn't even sure that it could be fixed, but after trying a different idea it worked perfectly. I was very pleased and  also the price he charged was very affordable.  I definitely will use him again in the future if needed and I highly recommend him.

One man operation and he is not there all the time, however he did services as requested in the time frame he promised.

Great communication. I took his recommendation on the replacement car radio/cd player. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the product he recommended and the workmanship. I'd recommend this shop to anyone that wants a car radio installed right.

1. Started on time. Installed speakers professionally and rapidly. Removed radio and did eberything he could to get the LCD display to work but could not fix the problem. Explained me what it would cost to send it out to be repaired. Showed me a variety of low-priced options (I do not need a high-performance unit). We settled on the least expensive which he installed promptly and professionally. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of this visit.

Excellent! Have an BMW and to have the speakers replaced at the dealer was going to cost me 375.00 per door. I ordered the speakers on line Bently's installed the speakers told me the tweeters where fine. Installed the satallite radio all for 60.00. Had I had Geek Squad install the radio that would have been 100.00 alone. Bently's found a problem with the adapter and figured out a way to make it work.

The shop owner, Craig Bentley, gave me a great price quote that beat other shops in town and did top-rate work. He was able to get me in the next day after I called, and finished the work promptly and professionally. The same day I was there, someone had brought in one of Josh Groban's tour vehicles for an emergency audio repair (if there is such a thing as an audio emergency, but I guess if you are a singing star... anyway, I digress), so Bentley's reputation is certainly getting out there since the location is a little tricky to find. The shop is buried in an industrial park in the midst of the southside highway spaghetti, so keep your eyes out for the proper turns when following your GPS there.

To summarize, Bentley's Custom Car Stereo is a hiden gem. It's rare to get the best price and the best service rolled together.

When I purchased this vehicle several years ago, I had a CD changer installed.  The only place it could go was behind the passenger seat.  One of the brackets had come unscrewed, and so the changer was not secure, and was skipping channels.   I ended up having to have the seat motor replaced because I had been pushing the seat all the way back in order to secure the changer.  The company that installed the changer is now out of business.  I found Bentley's and another service provider on Angie's list.

The one service provider, who visually  inspected the problem, wouldn't give a solid estimate to fix it-said it could take up to 3 hours @ $65/hr.  The Bentley's proprietor, based on my description of the problem during a telephone conversation, said it should be $20-$30. I made an appointment, and he was prompt.  It took him no more than 30 minutes to complete the work.  I really appreciated his candor when I asked for his recommendation.  He said that if it was his vehicle, he would install it lower, and turn it around, so that it would not only be more secure, but the channels would also stop skipping. He was professional, straightforward and his fee was very reasonable.  I highly recommend his company for your mobile audio or audio accessory needs.

I went in knowing that I had issues with a car stereo (specifically the amplifier). Craig was on time... diagnosed the issue with minimal effort... and explained my options. Then, instead of selling me a $200 piece of equipment (plus the install), Craig provided a working fix for the issue. He could have just told me that I needed a new amp... but he didn't. His fix is working well. When I do decide to get another amp, I can look for one at my leisure.... then I'll certainly have Craig install the equipment. I WILL DEFINITELY USE CRAIG BENTLEY AGAIN.... HE WAS GREAT!

He did a great job. Fast, and very well done. I watched while he did it.

I showed up for 9 am appointment and he wasn't there. When I called him, he had the wrong time for the appointment. He apologized, showed up in 5 minutes and performed the work in less than 10 minutes. He was polite and professional.

DIDNT INSTALL THE STEREO CORRECTLY. SLOPPY WORK DIDNT TAKE CARE OF INTERIOR.
