Well and Pump Service
They said the lift station was working properly before I bought a home but in fact a few months after I moved in I figured out they could not have done the inspection because the lift station electric cord was split in half submerged in water. They didn't even have the lift station location right on my property. They said it was at the side of the house when it was actually in the back yard. Now I'm stuck with $2000 in repairs when if they had done their job, I could have deducted $2000 from the price of the home or asked the seller to fix the lift station.
