I was told that I would have a team of 4 movers and they would provide the truck. Two movers showed up and the truck that showed up was a joke. It was an old refrigerator truck that was probably 20 years old and once it was loaded could only go 20 mph (no exaggeration). I was very clear when I spoke with bellhops (on 2 occasions) about how much needed to be moved. The truck was not big enough so we had to do 2 trips. Between this and the fact that only two people showed up, my move went from being a 4 hour move to an 8 hour move. They also told me that the movers would have a basic tool kit for tearing down and putting up beds. Not only did they not have tools, the 2 movers told me that they are not allowed to have them. The two movers who showed up were hard working, polite and did a great job. However, the company put them in an awkward position by not sending enough people and not sending the right size truck for the job. I would gladly hire the two young men again, but I would not use Bellhops again. They are obviously mismanaged.
