We hired Julie Bullock from BSD to draw plans for a second story addition to our home for a master suite and remodel of existing upstairs bath. She listened to our needs, our budget and time frame, and gave us five or six preliminary sketches within a week or so- we were amazed with the quick turnaround. Julie knew that this addition was to built directly atop our first floor addition, and that there may be some constraints in the design/budget for how the plumbing was installed in the first floor- thus she provided design options that would work easily with the existing plumbing, and others that might be not so easy. She was very willing to "tweak" her designs to our exact specifications (adding pocket doors for closets and bathroom- changing dimensions of steam shower, etc.). We were very pleased with the final design and can't wait to begin building it.
