Bedrooms First

Furniture delivered ahead of schedule. Once delivered we noticed a weird chemical odor. It gave my wife a cough and my son a headache. I called and was told I would have to wait 5 days for a service tech even though we could not use the furniture. I was told that we may be to sensitive to the chemicals ... 3 people sat in it and 3 people had issues. Sales staff person offered to come out and carry the furniture to our garage ... 2 days before Christmas and that's the best they could do/? No furniture for the family gathering! They thought that they may have delivered too soon to let it air out. In the meantime, we put the cushions of our porch to see if that will work. Responsiveness to a major problem like this, which is causing health issues is totally unacceptable customer service!

This place has the best selection around for sofas, loveseats, and additional livingroom/den furniture.  We went here for a loveseat and had the most pleasant experience!  Saleswoman Karen allowed us to look at everything they had with no pressure to buy, but with plenty of information about the different brands they carry and the quality of each.  Once we selected a loveseat, she was fantastic in getting our order placed and finalized.  Our order was scheduled for delivery in 40 days (custom upholstery), and I was pleasantly surprised to have it delivered a week early.  The only negative was that the delivery men did not call me from their previous delivery to tell me that they were on their way.  I was at home waiting for them so it was fine, but had I been at work waiting on their call, I would have missed them.

We visited the store and looked over the furniture we wanted. The sales person let us simply look around, then spent time with us, when we were had some questions. She was very helpful and did not push us. We did not purchase anything the first visit. We looked around a bit more, but did not find anything we liked better at other stores. We were pleased with the cost and quality of the product. We needed to reschedule delivery twice, and they were very accomodating. The delivery people were personable, responsible, and on time. A great experience! We love our new furniture and would gladly shop there again.

It went ok. The service was great but I was not happy with my purchase which was my fault. I would use them again in the future.

We purchased the items and had them delivered to our home. The sales person was helpful yet not pushy.

THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HELPING US TO FIND WHAT WE WANTED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE WHAT WE NEEDED IN STOCK. THEY MADE WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN A DIFFICULT PROCESS SMOOTHER.
