It was very nice and we didn't have any problems. They were pretty good and this is the second time we have bought things from them. We didn't have any complaints. We would use them again.

Nancy custom ordered a cabinet for us to get the color we wanted. I had already returned a cabinet - with absolutely no hassle - that I previously ordered because it was not deep enough to accommodate all the equipment. We were able to get a beautiful, quality piece of furniture within our budget. We have also purchased two recliners and a side table from this company and have had good experiences each time. I highly recommend working with Nancy - she is great.

The initial purchase was smooth. We were able to select the furniture we wanted and pick fabric. It was custom order fabric, so we did have to wait about 2 months for the furniture to be delivered. The delivery was a week ahead of their original quoted date. One chair had two runs in the fabric that I noted at delivery. I received a call the next day for to schedule a service call. He came out and took pictures. We are waiting on a call back to find out how they are going to handle the repair or replacement. I am a little surprised there was no quality control check of the furniture before it was sent to my home.
