Our air conditioning stopped working. We used Bedell at our previous residence and was pleased with their prices and service. We decided to try them again. They came out within a few hours and replaced the capacitor. The service technician was really nice.
When you call Bedell's main number, a woman answers and relays your phone number to the owner, Doug Bedell. You have to wait for him to call back as he is out working. It is hard waiting for the return call and wondering when it will happen. It took 1 1/2 hours . The service technician arrived an hour later. The repair took less than 30 minutes. The total turn around time from the initial call to the completed repair was only 3 hours.
The service technician was friendly and efficient. He gave us tips for keeping the air running efficiently. He also taped some bare wires.
