Bed Bug Inspector

A visitor to a deceased relatives house said they saw bed bugs. I doubted that as we had been working in the house for 3 months and had no indication of any kind of infestation. But to be safe we called Lee at Bed Bug Inspection and made appointment for inspection the next day. Lee arrived on time and had his "detective" beagle search the premises. No bugs were found. Lee did suggest an exterminator we could take some dead bugs to for analysis but they were not bed bugs either. Cost of service included tax.

When I was having a new mattress delivered, the delivery men were also supposed to remove my old mattress and box spring.  They took out the mattress, but when they flipped over the box spring, they saw a few tiny bugs, which they thought might be bed bugs.  I panicked and began looking for a company to come out to verify that they were or were not bed bugs.  I called The Bed Bug Inspector and they came to my home within an hour.  The serviceman and his adorable dog, who is a trained bed bug detector, checked all over the house.  I was told that they found no bed bugs.  Although the serviceman and dog saw the bugs I had told him about, the dog apparently did not react as though they were bed bugs.   What a relief!  I can't thank Carl and his dog, Suzie, enough for their prompt, courteous, and professional response to my concerns!  I would highly recommend their service to anyone with a possible bed bug problem.
The following week, my pest control company came out and verified that I did not have bed bugs, but that the bugs were baby house centipedes.

I already knew that I had bedbugs in one of my two units.  However, I wanted to know the extent of the infestation.  Bed Bug Inspector came the same day I called.  They arrived in an inconspicuous vehicle with the canine in the back seat.  Lee inspected the unknown unit first.  He found no trace of the bed bugs in that unit.  He then proceeded to the infested unit.  Lee and his dog were able to identify the specific areas that required treatment.  This allowed me to potentially minimize the cost of my treatment.  I am in the process of obtaining bids now on the treatment.  Remediation especially the heat treatment method can be very expensive.  I felt this was a logical  move to potentially limit my cost.

A friend whom I had done some traveling with recently told me about a bed bug infestation in her apartment. I called Lee immediately and he was able to come out the very next morning. He and Daisy came and inspected my entire house. No bugs! 
He was prompt, courteous and very professional. And Daisy is my favorite dog today :)

Lee and Daisy arrived just a few minutes late and, after Lee looked the place over, brought Daisy in and went right to work. They did the whole place including the basement in less than 30 minutes. Lee took the time to explain how Daisy does what she does and even inspected some items in our bedroom himself. I would recommend this team to anyone who wants to know for sure if they have bed bugs (we didn't).

When I first called, I had to leave a message, but Lee immediately called me back.  He answered all of my questions on the phone and many more over e-mail.  He was also able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. 
When he arrived, Lee came into the house to ensure Daisy could do her job properly.  Lee suggested I follow him around so I could personally see what Daisy did.  Daisy found a positive response on my son's bed, but no where else in the house.  Lee was so very kind and helpful, offering advice and spending extra time with me afterwards since I was so distraught.
Lee also drove out to my place of employment in Newark to have Daisy check the premises there. 
Lee was always available for any questions via phone, e-mail, or text clear up until 8 PM at night! 
After some minor do it yourself treatment of Diatomaceous Earth, purging, and cleaning, Lee came back out to my house (this was to see if the dog had a positive response again so I knew whether to seek heat treatment or not) and even brought a second dog and handler (thank you also so much Jay and Susie!) at no additional charge to ensure I had peace of mind.  Neither dog had a response this time, thankfully!
I can not even begin to express how helpful, kind and generous Lee is.  I love that he has a small, family owned business and truly cares for his clients.  Thanks you so much Lee!  We appreciate all of your help and would be happy to recommend you to anyone we know!

Neither dog detected any indication of bedbugs in the apartment, so we had peace of mind before moving in.

He was very professional. He came in first and checked to see if their was anything that would distract the dog and then he brought the dog in.  They moved from room to room and when finished stopped to talk to use.  The dog was extremely well behaved.

Lee and his dog Daisy came to our home the same morning we called. Lee was professional and knowledgeable and Daisy was a sweet beagle who was focused on her work. He asked that the windows be closed, fan be off and distractions like smelly candles or pets/children be out of the way. After inspecting the whole home, Lee informed us that there were no bed bugs. When asked, he explained the rigorous ongoing training that he and Daisy engage in. We felt confident in their diagnosis and were very pleased with the entire experience.
